maddenmadden
I have played slots for a couple of years now - there are times when I notice unusual spinning patterns for example it appears that some icons are abruptly stopped or dragged down quickly - some spins are fast, others shorter - when this happens there is absolutely no way you are going to win - it is almost like someone at casino is controlling your game - nothing to do with being paranoid - in my case I have been monitoring this and it in fact is happening - the casino tells me it is an internet problem - When I have played and won in the past, I do not notice this form of spinning being present - when I lose, it is there - I understand that this particular casino is part of the fair gaming (TPR) or whatever but I wanted to hear from other slot players on the subject - the two casinos are Aladdins Gold and Club World - thanks Kathleen

It happens (to me) at most casinos now and again. I personally don't know the exact reason why, I don't believe for a second it is the internet connection and it makes me question the "randomness" of slots sometimes....of course they all use RNG...but I do question it sometimes. I think its just one of those things
ValDes
Hi Kathleen and welcome to the AskGamblers forum! Will try to answer your question, although I know from personal experience how difficult could be the task to persuade a gambler to believe something! You should know that what RTG powered casinos could do with the software is only to choose one of the three predifined RTP stakes (92, 95 and 98% RTP) and even this fact is only a rumour among the gamblers around the world. Everything else is controlled by the RTG servers, which are NOT under any casino's command! You press the Spin button, the software sends a request to the RTG server, the server defines an outcome (based on your RTP, RNG and other complicated words, which NO ONE from ANY casino or software management would ever try to explain in a decent language ) and returns an answer to the software along with the RNG number, which corresponds to a particular symblos allignment of the video slot on your screen. That's all, your spin is done. Now, depending on your internet speed connection, the casino internet speed connection and the server internet speed connection and overload you may experience some delays or some "wierd" moments in the way how the symbols land over the reels and so on. But believe me, online casinos, using RTG software CANNOT manipulate and/or change ANYTHING conected with the software! Absolutely the same apply (even with higher degree of authenticity) for the rest of the most reputable software vendors, such as Microgaming, Net Entertainment, Playtech... Let me know if you need further assistance.
cocopop3011
I agree with what ur saying, I don't think in anyway that casinos are all a fix, if I did I wouldn't love them so much lol. I just think that to some extent, particularly progressive jackpots, the big ones that somewhere along the line they will have some kind of indication when it will go. It's hard to write what I mean but I know what I mean lol

No, there is NOT an indication, or a sign, or a sixth feeling, or anything else, which might help you smell the arriving jackpot! It is only our gambling mind, who is playing its sneaky tricks with us!
