I am reaching out to anyone who has had a negative experience with Betpanda.io, especially regarding their lack of responsible gambling measures, failure to enforce KYC, and unethical behavior towards players in distress.

I personally experienced their complete disregard for player well-being—I was able to transfer large sums without any checks, and when I informed their priority support that I was on the edge of suicide, they ignored my pleas and even encouraged me to continue playing with bonus offers. This kind of behavior is not just unethical—it may also violate international regulations.

I am collecting detailed accounts from other players who have faced similar treatment. If you have experienced:

Lack of responsible gambling policies

Negligence in handling self-exclusion or problem gambling cases

Large transactions being allowed without proper verification

Any other unethical or suspicious activities

Please contact me directly or share your experiences in this thread. Once I have enough evidence, I will compile it and submit it to international law enforcement and regulatory bodies for further investigation.

Casinos like Betpanda.io cannot be allowed to operate unchecked. If you’ve been affected, let’s take action together.

Hello and thank you for bringing this to our attention. First of all I am sorry to hear you have been treated like this.

Do you have supporting evidence of these emails back and for?

Yes, I do have supporting evidence of these exchanges.

When I first submitted my request, I received an initial response stating that just reviewing my case and providing an answer could take up to four weeks. After that, I followed up by providing additional information and asked them to confirm receipt. In the meantime, I repeatedly requested an earlier response, but they kept stalling with vague replies like "your case is under review."

When I pointed out that waiting four weeks was unacceptable, their response was dismissive—they simply said "it's a shame." Then, their priority support advised me to follow up via email. Shortly after, I received the exact same message as the first one, word for word, proving that it was just an automated response rather than an actual review of my case.

To this day, they have not provided any confirmation via email—all communication has been through live chat or Telegram, which makes it difficult to hold them accountable

Okay so just reading what you initially wrote again, in terms of finances are you fighting for any repairs back? Were you self excluded and still able to deposit? Or did they not handle your self-exclusion request appropriately?

Just trying to gather as much info as possible so you can open a complaint with us, if you haven’t already ready?

I appreciate your response and your willingness to look into this. I have already submitted a complaint through AskGamblers' complaint system, providing all the necessary evidence, including chat screenshots and my full transaction history.

One of the most disturbing aspects of this situation is that I had a priority support manager on Telegram, and it felt like they were treating me as a VIP or priority customer—but not in a good way. Instead of recognizing my gambling problem and stepping in with responsible gambling measures, they continued engaging with me and even encouraged me to keep playing.

When I texted them in extreme distress, telling them I was on the edge of suicide and couldn’t stop gambling, their response was shocking—they offered me a bonus instead of any kind of help. Can you imagine that? Rather than acting responsibly, they pushed me further into gambling.

I hope this case gets the serious attention it deserves because this kind of predatory behavior needs to be investigated. Let me know if you need any more details

This is not just about a self-exclusion request—it’s a clear violation of responsible gambling policies that any legitimate casino should follow.

A responsible casino would have:

Identified problem gambling behavior based on my high-volume transactions and interactions.

Intervened appropriately when I reached out in distress, especially when I explicitly stated that I was struggling and on the edge of suicide.

Provided self-exclusion or cooling-off options immediately rather than allowing me to continue depositing and gambling.

Offered responsible gambling resources instead of incentivizing me to keep playing.

Instead, Betpanda.io did the opposite. Despite my clear signs of problem gambling, they allowed me to continue depositing, failed to act responsibly, and even offered me bonuses to keep playing.

I also requested a refund of my lost money, but they claim the request is “under review” and that it could take up to four weeks for an answer. Given their previous stalling tactics, I have little confidence that they are handling this in good faith.

This is not just a personal issue—it’s a systemic failure that needs to be investigated. Let me know what steps I can take next

Betpanda.io failed on every level. They allowed me to process large transactions without KYC, which is not just unethical—it is potentially illegal under anti-money laundering (AML) laws.

At this point, I am planning to:

Contact all their associated partners, sponsors, and gambling regulation authorities to share this information.

Gather information from other victims who have experienced similar issues.

Potentially initiate an international investigation into Betpanda.io’s operations, including their failure to comply with AML and responsible gambling policies.

Hire marketing managers to spread awareness about predatory gambling platforms like this.

That said, I am giving them a chance to fix this professionally, which I hope they will do—but based on their past behavior, I’m not optimistic.

BetPanda.io operates without a valid gambling license, and Costa Rica cannot be considered a proper regulatory body for online casinos. As a lawyer, I can confirm that their actions—allowing deposits without KYC, ignoring responsible gambling practices, and failing to address a formal complaint—could lead to their permanent closure if reported to the right authorities. The legal and financial consequences for them would far exceed my personal losses.

Hold on. Deposits are allowed without kyc and most casinos follow this rule. Kyc is done during withdrawals and is mandatory. Some casinos allow withdrawals upto 1000 euros without kyc.

@Anand99 Why in the first place did you choose to play at that casino? 🤔

I completely avoid all casinos that is supposed to have a Costa Rican License!

That's not the true statement. Without KYC no regulated casino allows to play at all especially such large sum. You think it's okay for underage players to play deposit but have problems during withdrawal?

Yeah that was a mistake from my side advertisments catch up on me.  Anyways I'm still waiting for their reply for like a week now. Just receiving vague answers and stalling tactics.

If you read message carefully, even from the beginning I  mentioned I was not in a clear state, I was encouraged to play further. At the end of the day I texted them I was on the edge of suicide. They did not close my account immediately. Second day when I woke up started to chase my losses and I received a message that my account will be closed please underline that it was on the second day and when I siad I was still playing they allowed me to continue. I was constantly asking them to close my account and their response was  about weekly bonus to keep me playing. If that's not a predatory behaviour then I dont know what it is. When someone acts like this what's the chances that their slots are fair? I mean people who are capable of doing such things can easily rig slots, why would you even advertise casino that is not regulated at all? You are not the only organisation that takes cares of the complaint just check their reviews on other much bigger platforms or even trust pilot all the positive reviews are literally bots at least most of them.

I have been gambling for over eight years and I know how casinos function. While signing up you need to enter your age and the casino doesn't let you sign up if you are underage. If you lie and lose money its your responsibility. And let me make it clear that all casinos start verification check during withdrawal request. No casino asks for kyc during deposits. No matter how much you lose.

Why would you lie? That's not a correct statement most of the casinos I mean regulated ones won't allow you to play at all without KYC, my point is they did not even ask a name what age are you talking about. On my profile page there is no section at all where I could type my name or age. I had withdrawals with them as well but I was immediately starting to redeposit so even if you say KYC must be requested during a withdrawal there were NOT.  No regulated Casino would allow you to play and deposit funds without proper KYC just read the regulations or policies about this matter.

Wait your underage? @Anand99 And no verification of age was completed before you made a deposit? Usually this is instantly done and your account will be blocked, did you enter your correct date of birth or did you you falsify the information?

Posted

@Anand99 how did you deposit at the casino? Bank, ewallet or crypto?

If its crypto then these casinos usually allow you to play anonymously. They do ask your details during sign up.

One very important thing that betpanda is regulated. They have costa rica license. It does not matter if you like their license or not. Bet panda is listed on Askgamblers and Askgamblers does all checks before listing a casino. Betpanda has a bad reputation, I agree. But they are licensed.
