hi

i never played to 99slotmachines and i never will,they have the worst reputation,and not only them,also slotsinferno,slotnuts

they are a group of casino scams that's for sure

if anybody succeded to withdraw money from there then that would be a miracle i guess

but belive me,even a casino with good reputation can make you problems,if they dont want to pay then the casinos will find reasons trust me it does not matter that you played fair,so everyone must understand about the risk of gambling online,i dont say that all the casinos are the same it depends how lucky you are to find the good one.

cheers!

Hello and welcome to the AskGambler forum! :)

I would recommend you reading some of the guides under my signature as a start. It is obvious there are lots of things still not that clear for you based upon the multiple comments you made across our complaint section for only a couple of days. ;)

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Is it possible to win at Win-A-Day-Casino? Last time/s i had often the situation, that i think the slots in this Casino will only baiting me the first minute. For 10 or 20 rounds it works like in every other casino and after this time, i can make what i want and only loose. The Ultimate Joke was during i play "Leprechaun Luck" for 1cent per line and 31lines. After 20 or 30 spins (i think max. 5minutes) i had 3 from 4 feature symbols that needed for the Bonusgame. More than 30minutes and ca.50-70 euro later i was bust. After this i write with the support how its possible with hundreds of spins not to collect one simple symbol. The support look in my account and write me back that after the 3rd Symbol i had play 421 more spins  and not become the last symbol during this time is simply bad luck. But is it really bad Luck????  I had only needed the harp with a dice on it. i know that only one from every icon set on the wheels got the dice but i doesnt needed in a winning combination. It also could stand alone. And thats not possible during 421 Spins ????

PLEASE BE HONEST - Is it really only bad Luck and i feel ripped wrongly or Is it a very very bad payout ratio?

PS Sorry if my english not is one of the best

@ ValDes - Hi and really thanks for the link. I had read it with a little help from google translation and its a really good background information. If i am honest i`ve never thought about licenses and rights from casinos. But in the past i had never problems with casinos with payout or something else. Only one time on the registration a casino tell my that my IP had registered befor a Account. And after write with there technical support i become the message that it was a mistake becaurse the IP was the same as my but the Town from where the connection comes was a different (i dont know how its possible but that was the description from the technical support).Retrospectively i had real happines in my casino selection. But now i will defently look for some points from your list befor i take a casino. But to come back to my entry here.i had Post in this threed becaurse i think all slotmachines (virtual, real, with licenses or without licenses) are work with a winning percentage distribution. And for my understanding it is statistically extremely unlikely, to see during 421 spins not every icon on the slotwheel. So I thing its not a percentage distribution it is a completely cash-in. And i want to know if some peaople thing the same or if i really thing so wrong.

I had Understand this threed so that it is for these experiense from player. If its not, really sorry. its possible that i had translate it wrong

Hey again RacAngel. :)

I'm glad you like my guide but do not stop with it, there are some more below my signature and I'm pretty sure you'll be interested to read them. ;)

As for the slots RTP (Return To Player) and is it normal to have 421 spins without I prefer to give you some examples from my personal experience rather than speaking in general. Probably you are in aware that Microgaming is believed to be not only the oldest , but also the more reputable and trustworthy online gambling software according to the majority of online gamblers. So, here are some examples of how bad exactly could be these Microgaming slots :

- Immortal Romance - 850+ spins without Free Spins Feature, just a single Wild Desire Feature which paid one big Zero :D

- Break Da Bank Again - 1100+ spins without Free Spins Feature and when it finally came paid less than 20 x bet :(

- Tally Ho - 1000+ spins without Free Spins Feature

But the real record breaker without any doubt is.... Supe It Up - 1247 spins at 1.25 bet without free spins, took almost 800 and when finally the feature came it paid less than 100 x bet! :o

As for the opposite examples, there's no need to talk much as you can simply browse this topic here and see yourself! ;)

Show time - let's see your winner screenshots!

I can certainly add more examples with Playtech slot games!

True Love, Safari Heat, Panther Moon, amongst my favorite 15-liner slot games, have all gone well beyond 1000 spins before giving out a free spin feature...which would then pay out literally peanuts! But then again, it would be a total opposite of this when it starts paying out! So there's always a check and balance in every game.

Progressive Jackpot slot games, like The Avengers, for example, has spinned for almost three hours of non-stop playing before giving out a free games feature! It took so long in coming that I stopped counting after 1 hour!!! How many spins would that be???!!!  :shok:  :diablo:

Hi all,

Almost surreal, but I have to post a warning about EuroGrand Casino.

I've played 7 years for sure at this casino, never had any complaints, allthough I never won. :diablo:

Since months EuroGrand offers a weekly cashback on live games, I always did receive it untill last week. I deposited twice, played live games but no cashback to be found in my account. And now the part that upsets me, especially from this WHG casino. (WHG = William Hill Group). It is upsetting, because in my opinion this is a Casino Operator with a good reputation.

Live customer support are not present, for days. I also wrote emails to global as well as to dutch support, and they even did not bother to send a confirmation. Zero response !!

I understand that mistakes can happen in a company, but ignoring their own customers like myself is outrageous.  This cashback offer is one of the main reasons I play at this casino (for sure not the prehistorian gameclient), but now by ignoring me completely they have lost a good customer.

OMG! EuroGrand Casino???!!! That's one of my favourites!  :(

I've heard recent rumours that this casino was or is facing financial difficulties, but I took no notice of them. Could be just lies. But after this news coming from you Toiletseat, I have to agree and believe! No wonder I have not receive any emails or newsletters from EuroGrand Casino since November 2013! And luckily too I have not made any deposits there since then.

I wonder what is really happening on the battlefront! Could this be the end of EuroGrand Casino? On the same note, I have not heard any news from my other WHG favourites as well, except for Prestige Casino. Are 21Nova and Joyland Casinos facing the same crisis too? OMG!!!  :sorry:  :sorry:  :sorry:

Hey Afi,

Well, without any notice they gave me my cashback, just a couple of hours after I wrote this warning. About that I am glad, but still no emailreply, still an unavailable live customer support.  I did not hear about any rumours, but what you are telling about the emails and newsletters I can only agree with you. I am a longtime customer at all WHG casinos except Joyland, and only from SkyKings and William Hill I lately did receive these promo-emails etc. It could be you are right... I now also start to think something is going on at WHG. Unbelievable, for years they were the pioneers in online (live) gambling, even launched that Latvian Live Playtech Casino where I play regular. How can such a big player in online gambling go down? What happened?

That's wonderful news Seat! :good:

I have always trusted WHG casinos, and here's the proof! Inspite of facing financial difficulties and whatnots, EuroGrand still honoured your claim and paid your cashback, albeit a little late. But late is okay.  ;)

I do hope WHG will pull through their crisis, the sooner the better, because I'll be without 3 of my top 10 favourite casinos, and that would make quite a big impact on me over time!  :sorry:

Weird, I've never heard WHG being into some financial issues? As far as I remember they were even at a profit for the third quarter in 2013, but who knows what is going on exactly in the tricky world of online gambling nowadays.... :p

How true ValDes! I can't remember where exactly I read this rumour bit about EuroGrand Casino (not WHG) having financial difficulties. Probably it was at one of the websites I had visited, or at another forum. If WHG was doing well last third quarter, there shouldn't be any trouble at all. But EuroGrand on its own, might be facing some sort of financial, or even management crisis. Who knows. Where money is concerned, no one is indispensable!

I personally believe that Playtech casinos and ones like William Hill really need to pull it out of the bag in 2014...for me they are falling behind

Pull it out of the bag? ... Naah, all they have to do in my opinion, is to drop the pending period from 96 to 48 hours let's say and everything would be just fine. :D

Again a bad EuroGrand casino experience. No live chat, no response to my email. What happened? I made a small deposit, a minute later a bonusmessage popped up and I accidentally entered (was tracking in excel sheet)  and accepted the bonus. I had to call to the UK, where they helped me excellent, despite my far from fluent english linguistic capabilities.  . It worries me, their lack of response.  I've made my last deposit there. Sad but true.

Sorry to hear about that Seat...I have not made any deposits at Eurogrand this year, not since they stopped sending me emails and bonus offers. I guess Eurogrand is really facing some crisis, but don't know what it is. Best to stay clear until they sort themselves out. From WHG, only Prestige is alive for me right now. No news whatsoever from the rest!  :(

Good, we have Prestige, William Hill Casino Club and SkyKings giving lifesigns and are responding to customer issues. I managed to make a plus out of my deposit, I'll withdraw today. Let's see how that goes........ if there was a 'scared 'emoticon, i'd use it now.

I found some for you!
