Don't know what's the reason for this decision, perhaps you might give us more feedback? Otherwise, I doubt we can help you in this case. Maybe you have joined from a restricted country and they have just noticed that?! One way or another the best solution is to contact directly their customer support and to insist on getting a decent explanation for your issue. Once you get this explanation and if not agree with it, you are free to submit a complaint against the casino in question by using our complaint system. So I have emailed finance multiple times, have talked to support and they tell me that they will email finance. They said that the refund is processing but it takes 7-10 days and I can't get an amount or verification, my credit card has no record of anything yet, so im waiting, but not holding my breath.
