Loco Panda Cancellation?

I received the following email.  Does anyone have experience with this? What do they typically refund?

Dear Amanda,

Due to an administrative decision and security reasons your account has been deactivated, refund was made to your credit card and your playable balance reset.

It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Therefore, we kindly ask you to
keep in touch with your card issuer to acknowledge the exact date when
the funds will appear on your account.

Sounds like you have just been told "Goodbye" from the Loco Panda's management if you ask me. :(  Don't know what's the reason for this decision, perhaps you might give us more feedback? Otherwise, I doubt we can help you in this case.

Well, I spent some money so I don't know why they  would want to get rid of me??

 

Will they refund all the money I spent?

 

Maybe you have joined from a restricted country and they have just noticed that?! One way or another the best solution is to contact directly their customer support and to insist on getting a decent explanation for your issue. Once you get this explanation and if not agree with it, you are free to submit a complaint against the casino in question by using our complaint system. ;)

Not really, they keep telling me I have to email finance.  So I have emailed finance multiple times, have talked to support and they tell me that they will email finance. They said that the refund is processing but it takes 7-10 days and I can't get an amount or verification, my credit card has no record of anything yet, so im waiting, but not holding my breath.
