Kateangel87 Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Hello everyone, I’m hoping to get some insight and advice from others who may have dealt with something similar. I’ve been playing on High 5 Casino and recently had a significant amount of winnings. However, when I tried to redeem my $45,850 in winnings, my redemptions started getting delayed, and now I feel like I’m getting the runaround. Here’s what happened: Total Pending Redemptions: $45,850 Number of Pending Redemptions: 11 $10,000 – Requested 3/6/25 $10,000 – Requested 3/6/25 $10,000 – Requested 3/6/25 $10,000 – Requested 3/5/25 $3,000 – Requested 2/28/25 $2,000 – Requested 3/3/25 $500 – Requested 3/3/25 PrizeOut Redemptions Pending: $200 – Requested 2/26/25 $200 – Requested 3/3/25 $100 – Requested 3/5/25 $50 – Requested 3/6/25 My Current Account Balance: $74,297.58 Last Successful Payout: 2/26/25 What They’ve Told Me So Far At first, customer support told me that redemptions take 48-72 business hours to process. Then, after following up, I was told my account was "under review." They mentioned nothing about violations, and I have not been informed of any specific reason why my payments are delayed. Now, they keep escalating my case but won’t give me a straight answer about when or if I will get paid. They even removed Skrill as a redemption option after previously telling me I could use it. My Concerns Are they stalling in hopes that I give up or play back my balance? Could they try to find or fabricate a reason to deny my winnings? Has anyone else had success getting paid after a long delay with High 5? Should I accept a settlement for a lower amount just to get something? I’ve already filed complaints with BBB, FTC, and NJ Attorney General. I’m considering arbitration but don’t know if it’s worth it. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. I don’t want to give up, but I also don’t want to waste time if they never intend to pay. Thanks in advance! Quote

I would imagine with such a large volume of withdrawals, your account would be under review. But how long exactly has this been going on for? I mean the review process, as I can see when the withdrawals were requested. Karadayu 1 Quote
