Pragmatic Play ( issues since Jan 2025 )

Can anyone explain what is going on with Pragmatic Play games being NOT available since January 2025 on many casinos I use.

SlotMonster, Velobet, Instaspin, Mystake, Gransimo, Roletto ....are just a few that have suddenly lost Pragmatic.

Ive queried this on LiveChat and all I get is there is a problem with Pragmatic Play which our technical departments are discussing with them

Anyone else noticed this???

Hello and welcome to the forum. Is it to do with your country being restricted?

On my side everything is normal, I can play pragmaticPlay slots without problem and these games are listed on some casinos that you mentioned. You have to check if your country is no longer accepted by the PragmaticPlay provider.

The following screenshot shows that Pragmatic Play games are still present at SlotMonster Casino.

Based on the replies here, looks like your issue is probably down to country restrictions. If you let me know which country you are in I can check for you.

Yes me too.. i have been having problems with pragmatic.. anything i do will just tell me “not available for your region”.. i havent had problems until i have them now. And it is not acceptable.

My country is not on restricted list aswell.

Pragmatic may have been restricted in your region. Talk to the casino and ask them if VPN is allowed and then you can play your favourite slots.
