Did Funrize casino handle this correctly?

Recommended Posts

Hi, I was playing on Funrize casino. they had emailed me 25 free spins which I want on and then decided I wanted to cash out on. I had to be verified. I went through the verification process which required me to make a purchase which I did and then I cashed out now at the time I didn’t know that I could only cash out $25 but I understand that because it was one off of the free spins, but then I went and I won way more after cashing out I then put in for the redemption again and that’s when I was told that I couldn’t redeem anything else and they refunded my purchase, but I was still given the $25 cash out

When you carried on playing to win more, what funds were you using?

@Mccoyhi Any winning amount other than the allowed $25 cannot be withdrawn and would usually be removed from your balance.

Your initial deposit was a requirement before you can withdraw any winnings from that no-deposit bonus (max $25). If you carry on playing with the balance, any further winnings cannot be withdrawn. The only allowable way is to withdraw that $25 first, get the payment, then make a new deposit to carry on playing. This is a standard procedure at all casinos.

Once I made the purchase they required me to, I cashed out. Then continued to play. Maybe I’m wrong on this, but I figured after that it wasn’t promotional winnings anymore. I find it strange that they refunded my purchase. When they took all of the winnings.

@Mccoyhi The thing is, your first purchase (deposit) was purely to allow a withdrawal of your no-deposit bonus winnings of $25 + a refund of your purchase/deposit amount. All other extra balance would be removed! You need to make a second new deposit to play and then make a new withdrawal if you win.
