Hello, firstly I really apologies this may not be a complaint, and you may see it as an accusation. I fully appreciate the data Ask Gamblers have which is why I have come here.

I cannot find any information regards to this casino,

I registered as I saw it advertised on a YouTube Advert.

Redeems the bonus code and have been playing for a couple of weeks now.

Now I have my balance at almost 8million. I of course would love for this to be withdrawn.

I attempt and they say about verification. I do this but all it asked was For name, date of birth, card number and bank name (along with the amount to withdraw)

I have a old bank which I thought I'd enter the details of (just incase it's fake)

But then it states I must deposit $100 and my verification is complete.

Support chat also stated this, as I asked them if they are legit, couldn't find their details anywhere etc, all of which they kept ignoring and quite repetitive in stating to deposit and I cna withdraw.

Now I know and I'm sure everyone can agree to the saying "too goo to be true"

I'm tempted to try this deposit and see if it'll withdraw as this is life changing money. However, I fear this is fake and it is a way of gathering my details for potential fraud /theft?

I ask if anyone body here from ask gamblers team or community have come across such website and have had experienced successful withdrawals?

I have attached screenshot of everything I think may be useful.

I even noticed when I registered they was called

Emeraldspin. Top

Now highroller

@Scanlan2310  Did you say the casino's name is Emeraldspin? I couldn't find it via Google Search. Could only find Emerald Island and Emerald Queen casinos.

How in the world did you manage to bring up your balance to almost 8 Million???!!! :shok:

So I originally come across them as Emeraldspin.top

Since I have seen multiple domains leading to the same site.

And I claimed the bonus and just did few bonus buys on big bass, got balance up a little then did a max bet bonus buy on sugar rush.

Had a huuuuuge multiple and half my screen was the gold hearts. Paid huge.

I have tried search there SSL and some site I search it is legit.  But I know how each it is to fake things these days.

I beg for others to provide information 9n this website please.  Should I risk depositing the $100 from a old bank account of mine and maybe try withdrawing a small amount like 10k maybe?

I managed to visit the casino's website (Emeraldspin.top) and found out that it is a 100% crypto based casino and platform.

Personally, I do not use any cryptos, I do not support cryptos either, so I do not partake anything with cryptos.

Can cryptos casinos be fully trusted? Not to me...cryptocurrency has a dark beginning and I do not trust them at all!

Well, I see it is crypto.

Now you have stated it, but in withdraw it allows bank withdrawal.

Personally I have no clue on how to even start crypto let alone deposit with it

I was thinking  to risk depositing 100 (just like they ask) but do it from my old bank account.

And maybe withdraw a small amount say... 10k? And see if it is legit.

I'm just skeptical of needing to know if they are certified or legit and not just to take 100 and take my identity details.

Maybe I'll look into a crypto wallet

@Scanlan2310 There's one more thing that puzzles me...you claimed their free bonus (no deposit made I presumed), and they allow you to make any big bet size with that bonus money??? In normal casinos, every bonus money play has a max bet limitation of around 5 EUR, so bonus buys are totally excluded and prohibited!

I have contacted UKGC to see if they on are their system as they claim to be. If not then it false.

I know deep down Its not legit but I wish deep down it is/was

It's not just a small win here.

I still might risk making a wallet, risking 100 and hope for the best. Even for a small w8thdrawal

@Scanlan2310 I would advise you to CAREFULLY CHECK FIRST their no-deposit bonus terms. There must be a limitation of some sort in play -  it cannot be any bet size of any amount can be played using bonus money!

They may accept your $100 deposit, but when you later try to make a withdrawal, they may reject it, due to you BREACHING THEIR BONUS TERMS (big bets/Bonus Buys used).

Casinos can be very devious/tricky indeed. Check and be very sure first before you make that deposit!

I have nowcome to see these are scammer. You can Google Emeraldspin and there are multiple websites comfirming this along with victims fallen for their trap.

It also seems as if their live support is AI generated as they repeat the same things.

They did state this though for the excuse of verification

We do not engage in fraudulent behavior towards our customers. Our system runs entirely on smart contracts based on high-level security protocols. This means that you are dealing with a fully decentralized, trustless wallet that gives you isolated access to your funds. The deposit of the exact amount of $100 is not a fee for anything. This deposit is credited to your account and will be available for withdrawal as soon as your third-party wallet is linked. In addition, once your third-party wallet is verified, your entire account balance will be available for withdrawal. Attackers use our airdrop with promo codes to illegally take possession of funds, while using programs to simulate and automate actions on behalf of a live person. Therefore, for all airdrop participants, the automated Security System initiates the need to force third-party wallet verification.

Even with my saying they have a tiny PP they still repeat the same " you can withdraw all funds one making a deposit"

So yeah, sadly as they say, it's too good to be true. And seems I am no millionaire haha.

Appreciate you time and efforts into replying back to this post.

I shall continue playing on my normal regulated websites.!
