Kosmonaut Blacklisted?

I was browsing the casinos section here on AG and realised that Kosmonaut - Kosmonaut Casino (2025) | Is it Legit and Safe? - had a blacklisted status.

I didn't feel like the review page made it clear as to why. Could it be an error?

They're Dama, which is about as solid as it gets, and have earned very good user feedback on various sites. Also, they have a good ratio of resolved complaints. 

I'm curious which criteria(s) came in to play for them to receive this merciless judgment?

How strange because we usually list the reason why. I can’t check right now but if you can remind me tomorrow I will definitely check the reasons why!

Looks like we can't trust dama n.v. anymore. If one of their casinos suddenly stops responding and making cashouts. Site is still up and looks like all ok, untill you win or have any question. My cashout of 700 eur is pending 5 weeks already. It is a pure scam, as you still have possibility to deposit.  Does anyone know whom to contact to make it closed? Dama doesn't care at all?

What exactly did you want to close? Your account?

Hi,

I want to withdraw pending funds from Kosmonaut casino (owed by Dama.N.V.) As simple as that. This site is only looks like operating as normal, but support is not answering and withdrawals are bot processed. Same time people are still able to deposit. Pire scam. Kosmonaut casino need to be closed!!! And all withdrawals processed!!! That is the reason why I don't think we can trust Dama N.V. anymore.
