I tried to help you and started a live chat session with Lotus Asia support. And do you know what? I haven't seen such terrible support from long time ago! All I get from them for a 15 minutes session was the on-duty questions "How may I help you?" and "Do you have an account?" and after I dared to express my indignation from the quality of their service I got the last potion of humiliation - they just ended the session! And that's for asking for a simple promo code, don't even wanna think what it's going to be if I manage to hit accidentally 10K and start a withdrawal process!
