cindygreco
Dear Mark (erd1) On 10/21/2012 8:16:56 AM You’ve redeemed Free Chip SUPER65 On 10/27/2012 4:11:27 AM You’ve redeemed Free Chip SCRATCH100 No deposits in between Free Chips have been ever made. On 10/29/2012 11:28:33 AM Withdrawals Department Manager removed the winnings generated from the second Free Chip since as per Casino rules: 1. Players from UK are allowed to play but are not entitled to cash-out from Free Chips. Please feel free to review the list available on the site; “Based on your country of residence, restrictions apply to playing at the casino, the use of bonuses, redemption of free chips and/or deposits via credit card. We retain the right to lift these restrictions on an individual basis. Carefully go through the constraints that may apply. You may view all country restrictions in this PDF document or you can download it in MS Word format. You can contact us in order to appeal for any country based restriction(s). The casino shall assess your account and take the final call based on your case.” 2. Players from certain countries may not cash out from free chip offers if they have not previously deposited. These players may par-take of said free chips for amusement purposes only. Please view the complete list here to make see whether your country is listed. Unless the Casino management specifically gives prior agreement, welcome bonuses are limited to one promotion per Player, per family, per computer, per address. The Player may not consecutively redeem multiple no-deposit bonuses. Free chip offers are meant only for our regular loyal players and unless otherwise stated in order to cash out on a free chip offer you should have an active depositing account. Should a Player redeem one no-deposit bonus and then be subsequently offered another one, the Player must make a real money deposit into their account in the interim in order for the Player to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus. Please accept my sincere apologies but you were not entitled to the winnings and as per casino rules these were voided. ValDes
Hi shaunwills and welcome to our forum! First, I want you to know that it's not necessary to post one and the same in more than one place! Don't worry, I have taken care for the other post. Now, back on your issue. What your friend is experiencing now is a standard procedure, which any online casino is taking place of, when multiple accounts of a certain customer are detected! It is clearly written in every single casino's terms and conditions out there and since your friend had accepted them, there's not much place left for wondering. What the casino have offered you is the best and only way to resolve the situation - it's called refunding of the original deposit, followed by a permanent closure of all customer's accounts! I know it's sad and maybe a little bit frustrating, but remember - it's your responsibility to read carefully the casino terms and conditions, mate!
