I wasn't expecting the max cashout to be that high actually. I can't play here but their bonuses are usually the biggest ones on the forum, sometimes they're good and sometimes not. This one's decent I think, especially with all games allowed. Good luck Val!

  • 2 months later...

I made a deposit and tried claiming this one (this was my 2nd deposit) but it wouldn't allow me and ended up only claiming 100% :-(....is this bonus just for 1st depositors?

The coupon code was accepted but just shows in coupons not bonuses so it wouldn't allow me to activate it?

This time NewDawn hit the competition! :p Even with the terms. ;)

Good job, Luciana! :good:

I agree for the good job from Luciana, but I for the rest... Could someone explain me what in the name of the lord is the reason for using such a bulls*** bonus scheme, like the one New Dawn uses? One stage, convertion, second stage.... Wagering, wagering, wagering and losing at the end in most of the cases, of course! I'm not surprised they are giving such a big deposit match - I don't see another way to attract new customers, but that's only my opinion. Tried three times to win something from a bonus at this casino and never managed to clear the wagering even for the first stage! Am I a poor gambler, or it's just my luck, or New Dawn casino has a brilliant marketing department? Try to answer these questions by yourself.

To be honest, I don't think the bonus scheme, used by New Dawn casino is so unfair or unfavorable to players. Something more, compared to some casinos which have 30 or even 35 times wagering requirements for the deposit+bonus amount, it looks quite on place IMO! ;)

This bonus is for ALL players, not just first-time depositors. Looking at your account, you actually claimed 2 bonuses with your 2nd deposit: the 500% and the 100%. Please email [email protected] if you would like confirmation of this.

We're sorry you've had a frustrating experience with our bonuses, but there is only 1 stage involved. When you complete the wagering requirement, your bonus balance gets converted into real money. There is a maximum conversion amount, but that just refers to the amount of bonus money which gets converted - it doesn't have to be wagered again. Please contact Support if you have any further questions regarding this.

Thanks for your explanation New Dawn, but I still continue to believe that your bonus terms are too complicated and rather fustrating for the usual player. I am telling you all this, because I know from personal experience that as plain the bonus terms are, as satisfied the customers are. And suppose you know better than me that a satisfied customer always turn back and deposit again. :D

NO what actually happened was I put in the code and then it just gave me the £50 without even depositing, I hadn't yet made my deposit so it was then revoked. I made my deposit then and it wouldn't give me the 500%...it doesn't matter now but thanks for replying

I agree Dark Knight. Don't get me wrong at the moment this casino is one of my favourite but it is hard the way their bonuses work. My first ever deposit I was lucky and met the wagering with over £100 in my account and was able to make a withdrawal..2nd time no luck im on my 3rd deposit now but its not looking to good, ive only a small amount of wagering to do and the amount i have only just covers the bonus i received so it will be frustrating if i meet the wagering only to find out i then have no money in my account! If this is the case i wont be making another deposit./ I wont mind if I only have like a tenner...i don't expect to always win of course not but its a lot of hard work for nothing isn't it

I agree with most of the written from you, coco, but please don't forget this is the nature of the bonuses. Their main purpose is not to make you filthy rich, but to make your playing time last longer and perhaps to give you more chances to hit something decent! ;)

Oh, Val?! Don't you even dare to defend casinos ... you are our guru, not theirs, remember that! :p I tried that bonus and my experince with New Dawn casinos match perfectly with what cocopop and the dark knight have said, the bonus terms are complicated and frustrating to some extent. But once you get used with them it's ok and even hit some good winnings there. Cashed out twice last month and got the money on time, so I don't have much reasons to complaint from New Dawn :D

Val I am not disputing that...and I don't for one second expect any casino to make me filthy rich lol....well only in my dreams...all I was saying is you work hard for like 3 days keeping your balance in order to meet the wagering and then you do luck would have it you only just clear the bonus amount and then that gets taken leaving you with hardly anything...surely you can understand how frustrating that is?? Most casinos take the bonus money back upon withdrawal.

Dont get me wring I like New Dawn casino its actually one of my favourites at the moment and I wasn't dissing it in anyway I was purely replying to a comment made by one of their reps. Blue Bird is right you do get used to it though.

Maybe you read my reply in a different way to what I meant but I wasn't being bitchy in any way :-)

Dear cocopop, don't worry at all. I completely understand what you were meant to say and I am completely agree with most of it! :) And do you know why? Because I was and still am in your shoes and know perfectly well how and why a gambler feels frustrated and confused! ;) By the way, I think that you are one of the few women (which I know), dealing with online gambling, who sense the troubles in the air and act rather adequate to prevent demages! Way to go, coco! :good:

Both our 100% and High Roller bonuses are cashable, so the initial bonus amount you received is not taken away when you complete the wagering requirement (which is 30 x bonus). Every deposit qualifies for 1 of these bonuses
