Duelz paid £250, withholding £5000

Hi

I have submitted My face I'd, bank statements, proof of ID and address and also Mobile phone bill

I won £5000 first and then £250
The £250 has been paid but the £5000 is being withheld subject to further verification.

Is it fair to pay a smaller amount with basic verification and then ask for further documents for a larger amount ?

I have provided all documents, been told its being processed and now am left I'm limbo

I have provided face I'd and a picture holding the ID, I've provided bank statements, proof of address and proof of ID

£250 has been paid out as a separate withdrawal but the £5000 is still under approval.

One representative said all verification is complete and the withdrawal will be processed at the " earliest convenience " then another said they need statements from a bank account I do not own or am associated with.

I would like this resolved and to recieve My £5000 as they have paid out £250, they should pay out the larger amount too

The £250 was paid out and I resubmitted the £5000 as per support teams instruction it's been almost 24 hours and no response and I've sent 3-5 emails chasing 

I can no longer play any games as this has been suspended, the withdrawal is still pending

Hello and welcome to the forum. I think you reallly need to find out what the status of your verification is first since you have been told two different things. Please find if your account is verified or not and then we can proceed with some next steps.

@Jomall92 The screenshot indicates that further documents might be needed at a later stage. Since your bigger withdrawal amount is 5000 GBP, the casino has a right to do scrutinization of your account and to request for further documentations. Once submitted, they usually take several days before a decision of approval or rejection can be given.

Perhaps you just need to be more patient and wait for their approval.

Yeah I agree, I think you may just need to complete additional verification because of the amount, nothing unusual about that. But it would be a good idea to get clarity from the casino as to what exactly is happening here.

And, if you think the casino is stalling or they are not responding then please come back and let us know.
