I completed requirement and have 1741 balance

 

Free spins bonus kicked in after completion of deposit bonus.

 

Free spin bonus is $6.45 X 60

 

I emailed them 5 hours ago telling them to take it off. I called them and he said no problem it will be sent to management and be done soon.

 

Terms are devistating here. I didn't violate any of them during the original requirement of about 1500 dollars for the deposit bonus. Played legit games and never more than 3 per spin. They have a 5 max and a 10% of bonus max bet.

 

So...... After completion of the 1500, the new bonus of 6.45 kicked in. I made three $3 bets and didn't win anything. But max bet is .64(10%)

 

I called and she said my 1700 was won and is mine but how is a player supposed to know when a new bonus kicks in??? What if I would have hit 2k seconds after original requirement was completed? A-bonus violation and B-max win 100 with free spin money???

 

This policy is absurd. Just appalling.

 

I won fair and square with my own money and a deposit bonus.

 

I violated their terms after requirement of deposit bonus was complete. I bet 3 per spin while a new free spin winnings bonus of 6.45 became active.

 

As I said, I emailed them 5 hours before completion to take that 6.45 off!

 

Hopefully tomorrow morning it's done.

 

This time, if I lose any money, I am going all the way. Not just a complaint here, I have a list of agencies to follow up. I am not going to let this one go if they try anything funny.
