Hello, I hope you can help me. I registered with OLYMPUSBET and won €400 and requested a payout on November 5th, 2024. About two days later I received an email from the casino asking me to upload proof of bank address, proof of deposit from the bank, and I also sent my driver's license as proof. Everything was accepted. Now she wanted a selfie of me holding my driver's license in my hand. Now the problem started. For days I have been sending emails with several selfie photos, but they always get rejected because they apparently cannot read my data and numbers even though the photos are sharp enough.
