Hello mushrum3 :)

 

My apologies in delay in publishing your complaints!

 

It's because usually I publish it and I was on vacation for 2 weeks, with not much time for work..so the complaints got accumulated! So, I'm trying to catch up..sorry and thanks for the patience! :blush:

I submitted 2 Complaints Loco Panda and Slots Jungle but it has not been published yet

 

In other forums it takes much faster or is it normal for AskGamblers website

Excuse me, but would you be so kind to share with us the name of the other forums, which give you the ability to submit a complaint in that way, in which AskGamblers.com is giving you?! Except AskGamblers.com and casinomeister.com, where maxd is doing really great job, I haven't seen other places with such unique complaint system so far! Or maybe you are going to provide us with some usefull information, just to prove me that I'm wrong?!

This service is not only free, but it also already has given some amazingly positive results - 457 out of the whole 795 complaints are resolved successfully until now!!! That's more than 57%! Imagine how many ordinary gamblers managed to get finally what is theirs, thanks to this website?!

So, dear mushrum3, all I'm asking you is to treat the staff here with due respect! For which I'm thankful in advance! ;)

Sorry but I think you mis understood me. I only meant that in other forums the message is being submitted immediately and not same as here.

 

I just asked in the message if it is normal to Ask gamblers not in a way to insult anybody but just to know if it is normal.

 

I sent 2 Emails before I came to the forum and I got no reply so I had no other way to ask somebody if this is the regular procedure thats all.

 

I accept the fact and I respect any help and time I have to wait thats not a problem at all. My words were short and therefore you could not understamd me correctly.

 

I just compared it to other forums in means of time it takes to publish and asked if it is normal thats all

Hi Tomas.

 

Just wanted you to know that the AskGamblers complaint system is separate from the AskGamblers forum and those two section of the website has nothing in common between!

 

Actually there is only one thing, that connects them and it is this topic here - Rules for the complaints!

 

Be patient, follow the rules and wish you luck!

 

And just drop a line if you need some more help! ;)

Sorry again mushrum3, my mistake of delay, caused by catching up an accumulated work, as I've already said!

 

I see that you got reply from Slots Jungle Casino, hope you will solve this issue soon! And I also hope you'll get your reply soon from Loco Panda representative! If this complaint closes due to casino's inactivity, I'll reopen it till you get your reply(es) :)
