first withdrawal with grand parker and all documents have been sent and an email recieved informed that they are accurate.

second withdrawal with win palace. first one was for 500 dollars and it was processed within the 10 business days stated.

really dont know what to do about both. holding off logging a complaint as i'm worried they could stall even longer

At the moment not much is happening at all, same responses on emails etc. Noticed someone else has logged a complaint on this website with both casinos so i'm keeping an eye on them. Managed to get hold of ricks email who deals with win palace complaints through this website and he is on to them. I cant find the representative on here for grand parker though, any one know who the rep is for that casino?

32 days and counting!!!!

Just frightened of making a complaint just in case they make it even worse for me because i have. Ive tried the emails back and forth and phonecalls but can never get throught to the finance department. I think the only choice I have left now is to lodge a complaint on both, Seriously fed up now with it, could understand if it was one casino but two!!!

Fear should be the last possible feeling in your "to do list" at this point, rhydpowell! And since you seem to be not very well oriented what to do in such situations, I'll afford myself giving you some exact advices, how to try to resolve this awful issues.

1. You must read this guide as a beginning - SOS, I got troubles with my casino, what to do?

2. Make one final attempt to resolve the issue on your own by contacting the customer support and showing them your strong determination to seek for what is your, but in a polite manner!

3. If still no result than it is time to submit a complaint - you just have to decide whether it will be an official or unofficial. I always recommend to start first with the unofficial one.

4. Submit your unofficial complaint here at the AskGamblers.com website. You will be surprised how fast sometimes the clumsy casino machine can actually work, when some publicity is involved! ;)

5. Wait for the final decision and if it is not positive there is only one step left. To submit an official complaint at the Central Dispute System(which is dealing with these matters for RTG casinos) for each one of the casinos, you got troubles with!

For Grand Parker casino here: http://www.centraldisputesystem.com/form.asp?casinoID=1060

For WinPalace casino here: http://www.centraldisputesystem.com/form.asp?casinoID=1005

It will probably take some times, usually months, but no matter what kind of submitting complaints (usually both of them) if you have fulfulled all the necessary wagering requirements (if a bonus is invloved) and terms and conditions, you will get your money! Now it's your turn! :D

And please let me know if I can help with something more about this!

Yes, your best shot is to use the complaints service on here at this point. Just remember to stay polite and be as detailed as possible when you're filling out the complaint form.

This is just a perfect way of explaining how the complaint should look alike, in one sentence :)

well one bit of good news, win palace has processed my withdrawal, just waiting the up to 5 business days now for it to be in my account. Grand parker i'm having no joy with and some one else has listed another complaint for not processing the withdrawal, at least one seems to be sorted!!!!

just constant emails reminding them how much time had gone past and that i had been very patient and will continue to be so. Then had an email informing me they were doing their best, and then an email payment had been processed on thursday, payment arrived this morning, happy days. Then had an email telling me that i am excluded from redeeming any future coupons which is okay with me as i will never deposit there again. I have to comment though that the finance team were regular with their replies and the customer service were polite. But the time to wait for the withdrawal was way too long.

Grand parker have now replied telling me that their security process has ended and all withdrawals will be processed within a week, so I will keep you posted, 39 days and counting!!!!

rhydpowell, that's great to read (except the fact they excluded you from further bonuses, which has no point and justified reason, very unfair behavior) !

I hope you'll get back to this thread next time with good news of resolving your issue and receiving your money! :)

Finally money in my account off grand parker, and then I get a phone call telling me i'm a valued customer and to come back and try some new bonuses they have!!!! 44 days for payment, never again, never ever again!!!

Thanks for all the comments and help on this matter, but I think I'll stick to microgaming in the future, a lot less hassle!!!!

Smart! Definitely not worth waiting that ridiculous amount of time when there's places that will pay you in under 24 hours. If only more people would stick to that basic advice when they could. I think it's reasonable to give any place a shot with a small deposit if you're into that sort of thing, but there's no reason to keep your money flowing into places that you know won't pay you out in a reasonable timeframe.
