Player profiles and AI used to manipulate wins and losses with online gambling

Recommended Posts

I’ve been gambling online for years. I’ve never had a gambling addiction. Until now. Chasing losses. To make a long story short I have millions in total winnings. A swell percentage I owe the IRS before filing. Walked away with $140,000 only to give it back and quickly. This my own mistake and weakness where times prior (the accumulation of these funds) I was of stronger mindset. However little did I know the entire time I was being played. Not me playing but the other way around. The amount of time I play online is unhealthy. But it’s not all wasted time and money.  during the loss of the funds I walked away with I started seeing drastic changes in my win frequency. I mean drastic. So I began a serious witch-hunt search for information regarding how these online software platforms operate. After long nights and an extensive  amount of reading I stumbled upon patent libraries with publicly available information like google patent library  with mountains of data laying out the way these games operate internally in detail. All filed from casinos, game handlers, software engineers, security companies, etc., etc. etc. I am looking for anyone on here who has the slightest clue with what I’m saying to help me with my continued  efforts to  prove these casino sites violate their own “terms of service” contracts with slot play claiming slot machines are “Games of Chance.” Which operate and produce results from a “random number generator.” Despite the truth of using “RNG” computing’s to serve wagering results, they do not explain the companies use of information they gather and store in player specific confidential profiles within their accounts. Nor do they explain the types of information they gather and to the extent of.  A lot of the information they gather is also a violation of our privacy rights as stated under applicable law. They do this through certain programs  like “Geoloaction Software” where they use this heavily encrypted data which is machine learning techniques to profile each specific player. To confirm a lot of my reading and information findings I’ve gone to programs that use AI to analyze information. I’ve gathered analysis from the internet, from my casino wager records, from my findings of information, and my phones internal app logging analytics from the specific gaming apps I play on. So if anyone has an idea about this or can assist with any of this information I’d appreciate your help.

@Stwb570 Hi there and welcome to the forum.

There are some of us here at Askgamblers who do believe that many (if not all) casinos are nowadays using AIs and creating Player Profiling to regulate their play.

Whether this is legal or otherwise, we cannot decide nor ascertain as we are not lawyers. I do believe the Licensing Authorities are aware of this usage of AIs and Player Profiling, but whether they even bother to look into this seriously is anyone's guess!
