Lucky13
Hi guys, I want to announce that the VirtualGroup of casinos has been removed from our Blacklist today. The following casinos are affected: Cool Cat Casino, Club Player Casino, Palace of Chance, Wild Vegas, Cirrus Casino, Prism Casino, Slots of Vegas and VIP Lounge Casino. They've been there for the past three years and have received a lot of complaints from players due to slow payouts. However, their staff is now dedicating a lot of time to work hard with us to assure that each issue is resolved and each player is paid out. Besides the folks that have posted complaints, we have noticed that players in general really like these RTG casinos. Although some may still experience slow payouts, we have strong reason to believe everyone will eventually be paid. As such, we do not think that they deserve to be on this rogue list anymore. Greg
Interesting, hope the people there stay helpful! Never played there since they've been awful for the whole time i've known of them but it would be so nice if there was another good rtg option. ValDes
Indeed, Greg! Imagine what will be if they combine their insane bonuses with a decent support and begin to pay on time!!! The time will show whether this direction of the Virtual group will be permanent or just a shortlived and romantic diversion from the well known " short road"! Wish them luck! And will keep at least one eye open, just for any case!
SlotoHolic
Well, that's news definitely! Lurking around their bonuses for years but never even think of touching them. With that sort of reputation! Depsite all this I will wait and see first what will happen and than if everything is ok maybe i will try them.
Marco
I bet the bonuses start shrinking if they start acting good, no casino can make money with that amount of free cash i do not think.
ValDes
I bet the bonuses start shrinking if they start acting good, no casino can make money with that amount of free cash i do not think. I doubt, Virtual group will change its best weapon - the insane bonuses! With that sort of reputation till now, this is supposed to be the only way to cope with the competition! Of course, that is only my opinion, but it is not so hard to predict and see on what all those RTGs are relying upon!
Black Diamond
I think if they do decide to keep up the good work (I'm still skeptical), they'll need to at least increase their bonus terms and definitely get rid of those big bonuses that don't even have a playthrough requirement. It's obviously a fantastic offer but it's one of those things that is just too good to be true.
The.Dark.Knight
So, has anybody got fresh experience from these guys lately? If someone confirm they are ok, I will certainly give them a try.
ValDes
Well, TBH, I'm still sniffing around. Perhaps someone else?
klarissa
i haven't bothered lol. <3 i just don't like rtg enough to risk it.
Ala_B
i haven't bothered lol. <3 i just don't like rtg enough to risk it. I am on my way to join your opinion about RTG casinos very soon! Why all these casinos have to make me a fool every time I request a withdrawal? It is so humiliating!
Black Diamond
Where are you playing BlueBird? Most of them are definitely sub-par (heck all of them are if you compare them to the places people outside of the US can play), but there are a few like the Club World group and Sloto'Cash that are still processing withdrawals in 2 days for me. Still takes time to get the check in the mail of course but it's better than getting jerked around with excuses.
Ala_B
Tried most of the RTGs in the last months, Black Diamond! And compared to Microgaming and Playtech all I can say is that they just suck! Their support is awful most of the time, their cashouts are something like a Santa's - everyone is waiting to see him, but he never shows up! Most of the bonuses are sticky... shall I have to continue? Yes, you are right, there are still some places with reputation left, but my experience with them is telling me that they are quickly learning from the rest of the group, is you know what I mean! Anyway, I love RTG slot and will continue to play them, but with smallest available deposit amounts, that's all!
ValDes
It seems that the decision of the AskGamblers team to remove the Virtual Group from the blacklist has widely spreaded across the entire gambling community, since it is already well discussed in most of the other major gambling forums! For now the mood is "those guys are risking too much", but if everything is still ok after a few months, than I suppose, it would be a brilliant affiliate move! SlotoHolic
Almost a month has already passed, but still no sign from new fresh experience around all these casinos from the members here. Or I missed something?
ValDes
Yeap, it looks like everyone is just lurking around(up to your own words, Sloto ) and looking for a fresh input, but still nothing new on the horizon! At least nothing negative AFAIK!
Luckenvolved
Nothing negative is a good sign at least I guess...but I personally cant be bothered to play at real time gaming casinos. There are other softwares which I believe in, like betsoft or netent. But I guess everyone should get an own opinion!
LordCronal
I never play RTG slots.
ValDes
Actually RTG slots are just as good as most of the other platform's slots if you ask me. Some of them are really awesome, with huge potential for a monster win, even at low rolling. Most of the biggest wins I have ever seen were hit on RTG slots, so don't underestimate them. Talking about the online operators, offering these slots is a totally different matter!
LordCronal
RTG, Playtech, Rival are just not my type of games. I dont know why, but I actually never play those.

Your right,I always say its such a shame the slots are part of 'RTG' because they have she good ones...if only they were migrated to MG or NetEnt so we could actually play them without the risk of being conned out of winnings at withdrawal point. That is the delema I am in with Slotsofvegas right now. I won and they split my winnings. The first wire transfer was said to of gone out the end of May. I never got it. The second was said to of gone out the first part of July and Casino said it was sent back because the account they sent it to was closed. In January I won at Slotsof vegas and they sent me wire transfer just fine. Now they are saying they sent me one already at the end of May which I did NOT get. Then the 2nd went out and came back cause account was closed. I have not closed any bank account. I think/believe casino sent the first one to someone elses account/ the wrong account. When the owner of that account seen they got $1536.00 they were afraid it would be taken back so they closed THEIR account. Not my account. Not me! So not sure what the casino is really asking but they want an account number from me to send my money back. My question is, and hasn't been answered, is if they want to JUST only send back the money I put in to play with or send me my winnings. That question hasn't been answered yet. I have asked several times what the wire transfer receipt numbers are. Still no answer to that. You don't send thousands out without getting a receipt eh? I have been being assisted by Cindy Greco sine the 2nd of August. Seems she is the complaint answerer to many casino's, not just this one. Very Fustrating to say the least. My complaint active here; http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/slots-of-vegas-casino-has-not-paid-for-3-months-c2950
