Can anyone help me write official professional complaint to Unibet casino?

English is my second language so I am afraid that I won’t be able do it good.

Casino refused to pay my winning and blocked my account, common reason broke terms what is absolutely not true. I done nothing wrong,my account is verified.

Please can you give us a bit more info and we can help you, like what term did they say you broke?

On June 10, 2024, I opened an account at Unibet, I am a football fan so I wanted to be able to bet on several matches during the European Football Championship in Germany. Initially, everything was fine, I placed a few small bets and I also placed one larger bet before the start of the championship that Spain will win the European Championship. I bet £100 at odds of 9.00. As Spain became an increasing favorite to win, my problems began. My account was suspended and I was asked to verify my account. I understand everything, so I sent new requests every time without any problems, I sent every time documents they asked for. It took a long time, but I fulfilled everything the casino expected from me. In the meantime, the tournament was over, my bet was won, but the casino did not want to pay me my winnings, baselessly accusing me of being a fraudster, etc. My account was closed and the winnings were cancelled.Casino reasoning :account has been closed following a business decision and you are not entitled to winnings in accordance with our T&C 16.1 & 16.5, 19.2,19.2.2 and 2.4.
I tried to resolve my problem but they said decision is final.
