I won 2100 usd. When I tried to withdraw I got error. They ask me to do kyc. I passed the verification within 20 minutes on a special site. When I tried to withdraw my funds again there was an error with a note to contact the support. In the live chat support I got told that my account are being checked and it will take up to 15 business days. Time has already passed. But they don't answer. And I can't log into my account.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Are you still able to access support to ask them for an update?

Do you need to log in to use live chat? Can’t you just use it from the main page without logging in? Have they not sent you an email updates at all? It’s tricky as we don’t have the casino at AG from what I can see, so we won’t be able to proceed with a complaint here.

Why talked to a bot??? Ask to speak to an agent and it will pass you to a live person. Then ask your questions.

If you cannot access support and you feel like you have exhausted all your options, you can open a complaint with us but you will need to make sure you include as much information as possible.

I have just spoken with the complaints team and they carefully reviewed your case but you are in violation of the casinos terms and conditions and due to the nature of the violations we are not able to take on the complaint sorry. You should have received the reasons why via email and the casino.

But I was just betting on basketball. I didn't do anything illegal.
