    I think the main reason may be due to recently local banking restrictions that now prohibits all transactions to and from gambling establishments, which would include credit cards, ewallets and bank transfers.

    It's odd though why deposits via Skrill was also rejected. Maybe the funds in his Skrill is the not-for-gambling kind.

    Well I think he uploaded funds to skrill with mastercard. Which means cannot be used for gambling

    Yeah I think the mastercard is the issue but he says he already received one payment to it.

    Yes however we talking about skrill in this instance. His first withdrawal was direct to his card.
