This casino is doing everything to avoid paying winnings.

I would suggest you to read this first. Than if still having problems maybe you have to do what Luciana suggested you - to submit a complaint here.

In your case, I suspect the problem is that you made the deposit a few weeks after you got the bonus. Have in mind that usually the no deposit bonuses has time frame for the confirmation deposits, so I am afraid, maybe you have late a little bit with yours!

Well, no. I did write that the problem is that support for the first time the silence over a significant condition - that the need to win at least 100 euros.

 

But formally it turns that casino the right, as this are written in the rules of bonuses.

 

But as these rules are very difficult to find (and it's done on purpose), then I do not think that a casino can be called honest. All the more so when I talk with support, did not nobody give me a link to this rules.

 

And for this I created a topic to warn other players.

 

But as I said before, I have no formal grounds for the complaint.

I really can't even imagine that someone can use any type of bonus without being in perfect aware of all its terms and conditions!!!

Why don't you ask the support to tell you, to send you or to give you a link to these rules when you were accepting the no deposit bonus? Excuse me, lithis, but I think the fault is all yours and I suggest you to read very carefully this before joining your next casino! Wish you luck!

I also got some bonus issues when began to gamble. Actually, quite often to be honest, and it was due to my oversights mainly, although you have already spotted that some casinos use a little bit strange bonus tactics, not to say another word ;) ! Luckily with the mistakes also come the experience and now I even cannot imagine that a problem like yours might happen to me! Why? It's simple. Even if the support really did not told you all the terms and conditions of your bonus I would keep all the chat sessions in my inbox and would use them in case such a problem occurs! And in your situation, you could submit a complaint and prove that you were not told all the terms exactly with this chat copy! Everything in your communication with the casino is so important - better store it somewhere, cause you don't know what might be useful later on! :)

Why did you decide that I'm new to the casino. I have over the last 10 years playing in different casinos, and sometimes played no deposit bonuses (why not try it when the proposal comes to e-mail), but first encounter with these ploys.

If there is someone here, who can really help you to sort the things out, that's Luciana and Valdes for sure. So, I guess, just a tiny "thank you" would be just perfectly in place, instead of being somehow, a little bit rude! I know exactly how you feel, most of us have been in your shoes many many times, but believe me, it is very difficult to find anyone to help you and showing some respect would be a great start! BTW, Europa casino sent me a bunch of promo e-mails last year (at least 15-20), but they forget to mention just a small detail - do not accept players from Bulgaria! :)

Yes, I did not think of being rude. Like I said I'm from Russia and the English is not my native language. Therefore, it some phrase could be built is not quite true, and looked rough.

 

I just answering questions, and sometimes saying that what I wrote this earlier.

 

Thanks for the advices, but as I wrote it can not help me, because the casino will be a formal entitled to.

 

But I want somehow to respond to the arbitrariness casinos and posts on the forums this is what I can do.
