A little confusion maybe...

Today decided to spent few minutes and to have a look at some of the Askgamblers casino reviews. To be honest i felt disappointed When i went to the main page i clicked on Playtech casinos and a list was generated. Than i noticed a button called Accepted in Bulgaria and clicked on it. I couldn't believe my eyes when so many casinos appear in front of them?? I thought only two casinos accept players from Bulgaria (i thought i know that because Playetch is my favorite!)??! But id didn't happened so. I clicked on maybe 10 or 15 casinos links with great expectations but all of them were NOT accepting players from my country! Even asked the casino support in Prestige casino and they confirmed that never were accepting players from Bulgaria! One of casinos i checked was not even using playtech software (check casino Lux)!? So frustrating!
The forum here is great, but my first impressions from the website itself are bad Sorry to say that but expected much more, not so many mistakes Spent almost one hour i didn't find even one casino to play Hope you know how really important is fro the players to get ACCURATE information from you!
Tomorrow i will try some microgamings and hope the situation there is better

maybe the bulgaria thing is new? i know a lot of european countries were not "problem" countries until recently, but it would be nice maybe to get some of those updated. sorry you've been having such a hard time move to the uk, we have many more options haha <3

but i did look at casino lux and they do offer a few playtech games but they aren't playtech only. according to the actual review they're one of the grand virtual casinos it seems and they just added a bunch of new games from other software companies, and it doesn't look like they updated their website yet. it can be confusing because not all casinos just use one platform and sometimes not all of the games from the platforms, playtech seems to be one of the most common ones that do that too.

Yes, it's possible there are some information that should be updated! We have more than 400 casinos in our list, so it's not an easy job keeping all of them updated with brand new info, especially because changes are happening every day around and sometimes we are not informed about them, so need to dig and check across the whole casino domain sites if something is changed.

 

That's why we have split all the casinos between some of the employees to take care of reviews and update it with fresh details! It's not a quick process, but we'll give our best

I had almost the same troubles in the beginning with the same Playtech issues! It turned out that most of the mistakes are not due to the AskGamblers.com. Look at BetFred for example - you will never read anywhere in their T&Cs that they do not accept players from our country! I even contacted their LCS and was given a green light but when downloaded the software guess what happened - Bulgaria was not even listed in the countries so you can never manage to register there! So, what I am trying to say is yes, it is a little confusing from time to time, but it is near the impossible to maintain the information of 404 online casinos absolutely all up to date and accurate in 100%, you know! Maybe you will be much more satisfied with the Net Ent or Microgaming section?

Wow! Obviously this site has many many fans and defenders as well! Didn't want to be rude or something, just to share some observations! Anyway, thanks for the explanations.

lol well i'm not saying this place is without its problems (there are plenty of forum bugs that sometimes get annoying) but the reviews have always worked for me, so it was just weird that bulgaria's playtech listings weren't right. glad the other software platforms work though! <3

sometimes i get logged out when i reply to a thread. not sure if it's because i time out from getting preoccupied with something else- or if there is something wrong with the forum, but that's the only main one right now.

Oh sure, happening to me sometimes. Just write a huge post, link it, bold it and poof - logged out before post it

 

I think I get used to it, that's why I asked what forum bugs And I also think that it happens when I don't do anything on the page for a while...dunno
