BDM DELAYED CASH OUT

I recently registered at BDM Bet Casino on

June 15, 2024 I paid via giropay and won €226   I requested a withdrawal However, I had to verify myself first that went quickly. Driving license and selfie by turning my head in circles.

Now I was verified On June 17th, 2024                       I received an email telling me to upload a document.

Deposit document Even though I was successfully verified.

 

Today is June 20, 2024 and my deposit document has not yet been checked. Why should you verify yourself?

if you are then asked for further documents? Can't you ask this in the verification procedure and save time?

Some casinos are using a 2-stage verification procedure - 1st stage, on their website itself, requesting your ID and selfie (with that stupid head circling movement), then when your withdrawal claim goes to the financial dept, they will request other documents like proof of address and proof of ownership of card or ewallet.

The withdrawal process takes a few more days longer than usual, which is good for the casino but bad for players, needing to wait much longer than necessary.

OK, I understand that the casino has to do checks, but they could ask for all the documents straight away instead of at different intervals I think they are deliberately delaying the payment If the casino thinks I'll gamble away the €226, they're quite wrong

I read more and more complaints about the casino in Google and Casino Guru Why is The Casino in Askgambler and

We already have the weekend. It is Friday if the casino is waiting for me to gamble away my winnings, the casino can wait a long time I will wait for my payout and then close my account there I don't want to wait forever for a payout every time. There are definitely better and faster casinos out there WHAT BDM Bet Casino IS NOT PART OF But I will definitely close my account there.

If you gamble away you will not get anything but if you wait for the weekend you might get something. I suggest wait until Monday, please.

Please keep us posted because we do have this casino on our site so we can consider a complaint but first let's see how they handle this,

I still haven't heard anything about the casino Although support was notified several times and they told me that they would report this to the responsible department,

My withdrawal request has not been processed yet, as can be seen in the screenshot.

I don't think I've ever waited as long in a casino as I did at BDM Bet Casino.

For me at the time a worst casino, I don't understand how it can have such good scores in Askgambler and Casin Guru.
