I don't mind the support might not know about this offer maybe because is too new, but their response and the way they handle it is very bad. They said Is there anything further that I can assist you with ? after one second which is like they don't want to serve customer or help in any way. Just received an email from casino representative, with this text: " There was a misunderstanding. The player came through a Different banner tag Maybe he saw the offer on your website but then downloaded via the Casino lavida website and not Via your Link ..
