I don't mind the support might not know about this offer maybe because is too new, but their response and the way they handle it is very bad. They said Is there anything further that I can assist you with ? after one second which is like they don't want to serve customer or help in any way. Also, at the end, Denis: Is there anything further that I can assist you with ?

after that, they just cut me off after one second won't even let me communicate with them, I feel extremely offended.

 

I don't understand why they do that... even if they don't know about that offer, or even if this promotion didn't exsit, I can't believe they treat their customer this way.

Hey hey, slotoalan!

 

I have some great news! Just received an email from casino representative, with this text:

 

" There was a misunderstanding. The player came through a Different banner tag

 

Maybe he saw the offer on your website but then downloaded via the Casino lavida website and not

Via your Link .. So he only received the Offer for which he actually qualified,.

 

The First deposit on casino lavida + 50 free spins on Riviera Riches .. so Denis was correct it the information he was providing.

 

They are aware of the 100% match up to $500 .it has now been briefed into Customer Service but this was done late only after

Denis had been placed on shift so he was only aware the offer was live later this was my fault.

 

Anyway we have credited the player the $400 he was owed + he received 100 already as well as 50 Free spins Yesterday

It should be in his account now.
