    Hi guys, im new here, so please bear with me, if im not posting in the right group.
    About 10 months ago, Betinia.com stole 3000 usd (my winnings on their betting-site). They had been rejecting my proof of address for some reason which I still dont understand (plenty of other bookies accepted it without any issues). The thing is that they suddenly texted me, that I could cash out my deposit, but not my winnings, as they didnt accept me as a customer (due to the lack of acceptance of proof of address). When I text them and complain, they state the same thing: The case is closed. What can I do now? Thanks

    Hello and welcome to the forum. What document was it that had your address on and was it less than 3 months old?

    I shipped them official bank statements from the day before - and I shipped them some documentation from the police as well (just to be sure). The rejected all of them, and gave me no explanations. All had my name and my address on them.
