 Hello,

 My name îs Barbara Czelusta,198602160387,I live in Bodalsvagen 35,Lidingo,18136, I have a complaint to make to an online casino company named Betinia cazino.
  Two weeks ago I won 5400 kr and I  made two withdrawal requests,4700kr and 700 kr by the same payment method I used for deposit,Swish.After one day waiting they sent me a verification request. I went through the verification process and sent all the required documents,adresă proof,my id picture,selfie with me…
   After two days they accept my documents and they told me I need to wait .I chat with them 4 times already,the same answer..I need to wait.Last thursday I canceled my withdrawals and I made only one request for 5000kr.Today îs Monday and they still don’t want to pay my money.I sent one e-mail also,they answer me I need to wait.
  Why they keep my money for no reason,why I can’t use my money in all this time,I need to speak with an lawyer?I don’t have any rights in this matter?

I have just checked out their profile and casino has a habit of delaying withdrawals. Please file a complaint using AGCCS.

patience, and let them give proper feedback to understand why they do not pay, once you conclude that, you will notice. give it a few days and see what happens.

getting a lawyer involved is not worth it for 5400kr IMHO of course.

just be patience and see how their tune is by the end of this week.
