Should I make another ACCGS complaint for WR misinformation both on AG and on Bullsbet.io

@jan duchau I’ve removed the list just to keep this topic tidy.
But these games are all completely excluded right? What I mean is are the games you can play definitely contributing 100%?

It would seem like the only reasonable explanation as to why only a further 72e was wagered?

I believe people need to see this...isf you know they only have +2000 slots...this extensive list excluded almost half of their games..on top of the WR amount and only 48hours to clear.

BullsButt can $uck my d1ck, I wanna spread the word as with all those other casinos not worth spending even a single braincell on.

Ban those m0f0's!

I don't need to contact support live after seeing that extensive list...although I only played 3 games, which 2 of them counted yesterday.

Plus it is mentioned, they can change, adapt, add at will without prior notice so the circle of we're gonna bleed you dry is complete, yet again....

Seriousely, Why allow these casino's on AG, why promote them...the new cr@p is running ablaze ontop of the old crappy ones.

It's $hite of the highest Pedigree BullsButtPal

I would never buy 40x d+b, conclude wagering in 2 days but all signs show x40....it's not because you interpreted this after having read the facts that you're correct, it's not coz' now you're unwillingly biased because of the data ingested into your brain.

You would've made the same mistake, seeing 40x @ AG ... seeing 40x at BullsButt, everyone would. Pure smoke and mirrros and once again a misleading textual description

Would I have made the same mistake? NO!!!

Like I have said earlier on bro, I had gone through the same thing at a few casinos, thinking it was 40x bonus WR as shown at AG, but after checking at the casino's website, I found it to be 40x deposit and bonus amount, so I didn't register there, unless I really wanted that bonus amount.

I always check all Bonus Terms AND T&Cs before signing up or taking up any deposit bonuses.

As do I and yet...they baited me with simple wordplay.

Good to hear you're a smart one who won't let this happen to him but reality...many others will and not because they aren't reading T&C but simply by the smoke and mirrors of intended misleading/to mislead, terminology used

Also When I checked English dictionaries online form Cambridge and Oxford together with one Financial founded  descriptive dictionary I found loopholes, inconcistities better,  in their usage of the word 'funds'.

It's all about the bigger context they're paraphrasing it in.

One thing that I have thoroughly learned thru all these years is to 'read and see' behind whatever the terms and rules say. It's not an easy thing to learn, wisdom comes only after many (bad) experiences, and to remember that casinos are FOREVER TRYING TO MISLEAD AND MISINFORM PLAYERS by using vague words and phrases.

That's exactly what I meant, now your gettiing it.

But by finding such grammatical twists and turns, you can unfold the shenanigans, bring them to light and hopefully expect that AG talks to the casino about this matter....or a review unveiling this prevents other players from making the same mistake.

Which reminds me, @cocopop3011 you said that you would inform the team about the blunder here on AG...do they contact the casino as well and advise to rephrase to avoid misunderstandings in the future.

I mean, If any other case arises, I don't know in whatever context but if it comes to light AG didn't do anything, it could be considered negligence despite prior knowledge to safeguard players.

What's more, for affiliates there are Awards handed out as well...if I'm correct these things could be used against AG itself and affect the place you end up as affiliate.

I guess being/getting number one is always the intent so....it would be negligence from AG itself in favour of AG.

@jan duchau AFAIK bro, casinos very very rarely do rephrasing of their wordings and terms...they want to keep it as they are, for the benefit of course.

Yes, AG can try and persuade such casinos to state their rules and terms more clearly, for easier understanding by players, but getting it done is another story altogether. The best way is for AG to ensure that whatever WR stated under each casino/bonus review is always correct.

My bad if at times I do not report such instances to @cocopop3011, because I find it much easier to use the 'Suggest An Edit' button. Wish AG can reinstate it back!

Or main could hire an ombudsman, one direct point for certain things to be corrected, like a send note/short pm to ombudsman.

such as this, we report to him casino + subject. Checking and changing can be done in minutes.

@jan duchau we are investigating AND speaking to the casino regarding this, please just give me time to finish our investigation, I’ll get back to you asap.

I’m not sure we can do anything to help in terms of your wagering, because you’ve run your balance due down now have you?

At the time we were making a lot of changes and were short of staff to keep up with the suggestions. However, I will create a topic in the forum for Suggest an Edit later and we can do it that way 😊

Never mind my money...I already mentioned this some reply's earlier.

I'm just in it to change it now...my review a first pointer for other gamblers.
