Should I make another ACCGS complaint for WR misinformation both on AG and on Bullsbet.io

Recommended Posts

So at the moment I'm playing at Bullsbet.io.

Wagering 1st Deposit Welcome Bonus.

This one is posted on AG as 40xb (screenshot included)

From the T&C that go with the offer I, even after reading it multiple times, conclude a 40x WR

But as you'll notice on the WR progress bar, they are having me wager an €28 deposit 40d+b which I would never, ever take up if stated clearly.

What to do?

This isn't really what I signed up for but did due to misinformation and a misleading description.

I have come across a few of such errors in AG before, whereby the wagering was indicated as for bonus only, when it actually was d+b. I always double check with the casino's own Bonus Terms to make sure.

Previously, I could report such errors by using the 'Suggest An Edit' button but this button has now vanished into thin air, so I don't bother reporting it.

Submit a complaint to AGCCS? What for? It's not that the casino has denied money from you - it's more of misinformation, which you did not check first before taking up the bonus.

Please please please always report it to me Afi, using our reporting topic we have. I can get stuff like this changed immediately 😊

Okay so the casinos terms and conditions state 40x too? If so then you can definitely open a complaint. If not, unfortunately it’s an error on our behalf, I may be able to get the team to look into it, but let me know what the t&c’s say first and then we’ll go from there.

@cocopop3011 the t&c specific to that 100% bonus are readable in the screenshots (1st one is print after Min. and Max. deposit).

So for my issue only what I screenshat is of importance.

It's not that I don't want, gladly even...but the bonus has only a 2-day period for wagering, which now will be 16 or 17 hours.

I don't think this is AG's fault...when you receive those terms to be put online from Bullsbet or the reviewer who read them and posted it online, interpreted them as me.

What can we do in between? Contact Live chat and tell them you guys wanna investigate  this matter an ask for the timer to be stopped in between?

The terms say, quote:  6. Funds are subject to a 40x Wagering Requirement and can be used on qualifying slot games.

Funds in this case means deposit+bonus money. No bonus taken would not incur any wagering requirement (except for the deposit turnover requirement).

That's where the misleading terms is used.

Because 5. the real balance and welcome bonus will be added to your balance

6. should say Your total balance is subject to a 40x WR

Funds in their mind means 40x d+b indeed but even AG misinterpreted that one so it's a Mickey Mouse intended written T&C's, a fluke and a hoax all in one.

But I just finished at Bullsbet: I have one new screenshot for you that could blow your mind. Watch still to do WR carefully...one is from yesterday with a €250 balance left, second one is taken with € 0.54 left. long story short: €250 is considered as €71.26 wagering.

That's all winnings excluded going down

I again had to write a review: dislike.txt is includeddislikesBullsbetIO.txt

Yeah but that’s very misleading by the casino, it should be clearly stated that this is bonus + deposit which is why even our team have not written bonus + deposit so I will be addressing this with them tomorrow. 😊

@cocopop3011What are the chances of me getting my deposit back through a complaint, taking the last WR screenshots to mind and please read the dislike.txt (used in the review I just posted) as well.

It gives a broader image for your consideration

You wouldn’t get your deposit back, and the fact they used this terminology will probably cover them, it’s misleading but I’m not sure we have an argument against it.

And what about the WR which is way off.

Aside the money, which they can stuff up their BullsBut, will acomplaint get this casino blacklisted / terminated?

When you wager €250, leave the winnings aside...their should be at least €250 subtracted from that still to wager amount...right, then why only €70

EDIT: nobody downloaded the .txt file which explains in detail....good to know that, super community spirit here. (For all you Micro$oft Window$ users, '.txt files can't give you a virus/malware/spyware/whatever!!!)'

I could demand my money back from AG because of the misinformation

A casino can use any reasonable WR on their bonuses, just as one shop can sell an item at a much higher price. If you don't like it, don't buy it, simple as that.

Did you deposit at AG? No you didn't! So why should AG give you money when you paid it somewhere else? Come on bro, be reasonable! Only the casino can give you back your deposit, but good luck to you in trying to get them to refund you, hahaha.

I would never buy 40x d+b, conclude wagering in 2 days but all signs show x40....it's not because you interpreted this after having read the facts that you're correct, it's not coz' now you're unwillingly biased because of the data ingested into your brain.

You would've made the same mistake, seeing 40x @ AG ... seeing 40x at BullsButt, everyone would. Pure smoke and mirrros and once again a misleading textual description

That was a sarcastic joke Afi.

I know I normally add enough emoji's or meme's to visualize the sarcasm but I'm tired today.

No need for the hahaha, you're only showing  sociopathic traits like that...especially for the biggest cry baby when you are disadvanteged.

I think at best you could try a complaint in the grounds that the terms did not state b&d and I’ll let the team know that we also had it at 40x, but at best I’d say all they will do is change it to 40x only, but I doubt they’ll even do that because they’ll cover themselves with the fact they have said “funds” meaning entire balance. It’s a CRAP term to use I agree!

@cocopop3011 and what about this?

For  correct communication...at this point I dropped the idea of claiming my money back, I just wanna put BullsButt in the ground.

@cocopop3011

1. * The amount of providers: they feature loads of providers but most of them are near empty. BTG for example (3slots), Push Gaming (22 slots), Playson (24 slots)

2. Pragmatic slots: about 1/4 is missing, the cool games ofcourse...no 'Curse of the Werewolf', 'Blazing Wilds Megaways', Thor & Odin Megaways.

3. All RTP's I've come across aren't conform with the RTP's you can check on any providers website. They are lowered by 2-3%...which is huge!
- Wagering requirements...don't be fooled.
It's afficiated as 40x (T&C first deposit welcome bonus) on Bullsbet and here on AG but believe someone who actually played there: it's 80x / 40x d+b

4. You only get 2 days to wager which is ridiculous with such a high wagering.
For example: When I managed to reach 54,68 % WR done -I thought I concluded wagering- my account balance was €250 -initial deposit €28-), I needed another € 1015 of wagering....but when reaching € 0.54 I still had to wager € 943 (7,88% wagered)
So losing € 250 counts as € 72 wagered...Aheum!!!!!
Games which do not count for wagering can't be opened due to active bonus so that's not the problem.
So can someone please solve this arithmetic deviation without concluding their system is corrupt.

5. My last pov: the two days you get for wagering: just try in one day if you are stupid to try Bullsbet like me because the second day none of the bonuses rose above +25x betsize.

6. I better downgrade from three to two stars after summing up all of this.

So are some of the games just not counted at 100%?

As a fact yes there is:

All games apparently 🤨

Below is the extensive list of Slots and other Games Carrying 0% wagering with an active bonus.

@jan duchau I’ve removed the list just to keep this topic tidy.
But these games are all completely excluded right? What I mean is are the games you can play definitely contributing 100%?

It would seem like the only reasonable explanation as to why only a further 72e was wagered?
