No response yet. If I go to live chat they just say it's been looked at and they will be in touch.

Fwiw, I have a complaint open on casinoguru too, and I have also been trying to liase with the forum guy they have on bitcointalk.

One more thing if you didn't do it by now.

Change all your passwords of your wallets and write down your secret phrase...don't store on pc.

If they ask more proof, change again.

And always closre your wallet manually at end of session.

Thanks. Yes I will keep you posted.

Atm I will wait a day or two and  see what their next reply is. After that I move on to showing Curacao license people all the interactions so far. Not that I think they will do much.

The Curacao licence won’t cover you, it doesn’t cover UK players.

It's more just to highlight the robberies this company commits, in hope that Curacao take some sort of action against them to protect other players.

A casino they licensced is acting in a criminal-like manner....that's not good for their reputation neither.

Thanks. I will leave it till tomorrow now that you've wrote this as I'm super busy this evening. Perhaps they will see it and respond to me in some way, hopefully showing some integrity.

I will be making this complaint in a few hours as they have still not replied to me at all even tho I emailed them again this morning. Incidentally, the only email I had off Chipstars, shows their new feature for UK players:

Give them so more time before filling complaint.

Remember, this statement works only in your favour.

EDIT: or are they preparing to shutdown and cash in as much £ as they can before actually doing it????

They'll be flooded by international lawsuits if that were the case.

Just before I do this - they actually just emailed me. Is this even legal to request such a thing? I cannot find a place, either at my bank statement or crypto exchange statement that shows such a thing. Is this just another delay tactic?

What makes this even more absurd is that my crypto exchange account was not funded by my bank so it's totally irrelevant. Now I have to wait for forever for them to get back to me to see what their next crazy request is.

Change all passwords immediately!!!!

EDIT: did you fund your crypto wallet using FIAT whilst logged in at Chipstars during htis last deposit turning in kyc BS?

No I didn't send because it held no relevance to the case. I will wait to file the complaint until tomorrow just to see what they say about this new communication.
