Initially they wanted a notarized passport, which they've now dropped. Then they were investigating the sports bets. Now they want crypto statements and evidence of how I accumulated crypto, which I've sent. It's all just obvious delay tactics. One excuse and demand after another, none of which have any ground to be even asked for in the first place. I am fully verified. I deposited with BTC. Everything is above board which is why I'm so intent on receiving exactly what I'm owed. But the problem you have is if ther don’t pay you there’s nothing you can do because they don’t have the UKGC licence to protect you. So if you play at these casinos without checking if there’s a licence to protect you, then you play at your own risk. And if you play at casinos with a UKGC licence you can use our Complaints Service. I guess all you can do it hope for the best, it’s most certainly delay tactics but I’m not surprised considering they don’t hold a UK licence. Good luck I hope you get your winnings. brassnuts
A lot of casinos worldwide in many countries are not licensed by their governments. Billions worldwide are at risk of this sort of thing happening. That does not change the fact that in this situation I am absolutely owed the money. Just because the UK has fairly stringent regulations relative to other states does not mean I am more or less deserving of the funds owed. Askgamblers should not promote this site in any way. But you’ve chosen to play here knowing they don’t have a UKGC licence and you knew your were restricted from an AG point of view because you wrote it in your first post. We don’t allow any casinos on our site to show UK players that can play if they don’t have a UKGC license, If they don’t have a UKGC licence we will show that it is restricted for your country which is why you can’t find it in the list for a complaint. Whether or not you’re worthy of the winnings is any other question tbh. I know you said you played here because of our review, but our review should show you that you’re restricted here. I honestly can’t say whether the casino will pay your or not. I hope they do that’s all I can say really.
brassnuts
I chose to play there because they had a 'kind face' due to aggregate reviews which are probably all fake. They accept UK players too. So I just stroll in, a normal guy looking to have a flutter. Unbeknownst to me they are likely just crooks and this innocent party can never actually win on said site. Once they accept my custom and choose not to pay then surely this is just straight up undeniable robbery and they should not be promoted by you in any way shape or form. There is no other way to look at this.
brassnuts
I even noticed that Bojan from Chipstars was viewing this thread and not a single word has been spoken by him. Nothing whatsoever. That speaks volumes. Jeanke08

Can you remember, at time of registration...did the AG review page for the casino had the 'Restricted .....' message or not? We can use Internet archive to check this if necessary If it turns out you registered in a manner that was allowed back then they should've givzen you notice of the changes for UK players. What version, when was it last edited I mean (date), are the T&C ? I see a possibility to demand your winnings but all points have to allign
brassnuts
When people look at these reviews they see the score and then move along. Just because it says restricted somewhere on the page means not much. Restricted from what? There shows no indication of what this restricted box actually means. Also, I did not base the decision to play here solely on Askgamblers high scoring review. On the Chipstars page they have a plethora of high scoring reviews. Attached files shows this. So I was absolutely lead to believe by them that they were legitimate. Chipstars know I am from the UK. They accepted my custom. Surely the winnings should be mine.

I notice that trustpilot and Casinoguru have the same amount of reviews, the middle one and AG exactly 8 and that last one is unknown to me. Stars are everywhere 5, Casinoguru 4 so it wouldn't arise suspicions...but now I see it, it's the only thing I'm being...suspicious

brassnuts
Ok that maybe slightly negligent on my part but in reality I clicked the link on the Chipstars page to AG, it showed high scores, i closed the page. I should probably have looked a little closer. I did eventually look a lot closer once I had not received my money, of course. That said, Chipstars are still entirely without merit in any of this so far, quite the opposite. I'm not sure why me being from the UK excuses them in at all. No we don’t have to provide this. The Uk has always been restricted at this casino because they don’t have a UKGC licence! It’s never been any different. I don’t need to prove that because that’s how it’s always been.

No no I’m just trying to explain to you why AG can’t help you with a complaint. Listen, I’m not against you here, I want you to receive your winnings, I’m just saying from a professional capacity we have our hands tied. Could be, like I said internet archive can give a verdict that's usable in his case or not... I read the T&C in a quickie and they don't mention that UK players aren't allowed and they did let him signup + verified him....I'm starting to lean towards he deserves the win. brassnuts
Here is the exact request they asked for, with Gemini being the crypto exchange I use. It's obviously just delay tactics because each time I provide them with what they need they just come up with something else.

I have got to read up on what is possible to demand of you when using crypto...but if you're verified by Gemini...there shouldn't be a reason to demand this from you. That is blockchain trust. Just a pity you deposited using Bitcoin, good advice for future crypto deposits, use $ETH. With Bitcoin flying skyhigh any moment now, relatively spoken, they will try everything to avoid paying Bitcoins. my two cents

I visited their website normal and trough vpn, shaky to say the least...it didn't load the graphical interface immediately in both instances. Live chat is useless at this stage.
