This isn’t saying that you won? This is saying they recognise there was an error.  And ultimately the reason why your bet was returned.

Nothing is your fault which is why they returned the bet. They can’t return winnings that didn’t happen.

Ok look, I haven't been able to lift my head for months since this happened, my mother got sick, it's impossible for me to work and I've had to go into debt and I've come to fear for my health.

@RazorR I have checked and can confirm there was no win. Unfortunately we cannot do anything further to help in this matter since you have already been returned your bet which is the only thing that would be owed to you.

have you heard of roulette players getting their bets not accepted/rejected and then they see their numbers winning when it comes to live table games... another player said he had it happen at bacarrat.

here is such an example....  you can find many such examples on youtube. just search for bet rejected live, thats the trouble with online.. its not entirely like being at a physical casino.

But how do you know it was a winning bet if the game froze with no outcome? This is what we are asking you explain. So far you’ve not explained or shown us any proof that you know it was a winning bet. The game froze?

Because it froze as soon as I entered the bonus, I updated the browser, I got a notice that I couldn't enter, I was able to access again but without betting. If while there is a Active bonus cannot be accessed, what is the reason?  I have no more evidence than what has been demonstrated.

Right okay, so can you help me understand this game better. What happens when you enter a bonus? 
For example, I can enter a bonus round in slots and still not win a prize. 
 

I just want to add, the casino has provided proof there was no win, but I’m just trying to help you understand the outcome better.
