Casinos and ongoing promo offer difficulties/Issues (Advice or Help please)

Had 3 encounters last night with new casino's.

 

Joya is a good one and Smokace also but Instaspin is as ridiculous as 'Ex on the beach' with some Dutch people !!!

I had already registered @ both before the Vote4FS promo's were publicated.

Joya and AG Coin, I can't really call it that way but you guys know what I'm pointing out.

Deposited at Instaspin (review send in but the page seems stuck...can you check if it went through?) and Joya Casino last night.

 

 

Joya Casino;  I had claimed the AG Coin wednesday but never got sms, which I redid thursday and then I received my four numbers.

I tried the whole evening getting through to their live support but I think the website had some problems because I couldn't click the Live Chat like normal.

So yesterday, I did get a box to chat and dumb me, just deposited before handling the issue.

The operator said; 'you deposited a shy €5 less than needed for your first deposit bonus but could arrange a deal that I would only receive 100% instead of 150% and the wager would be checked manually through him at x20b only.

A nice enough solution, the guy was fun to talk to and had the capacity to solve problems without clearing with a superior it seemed...VERY NOICE!

At the end of playing....lost, I received 50FS on an RTG slot which I Rapidly Threw Gegenwind and lost aswell.

This is my first part of contact with the guy (clearly he misunderstood or did not know about the AG Coin, he did about the offer in the same box on their review page though).

I don't want to be or sound to much like me (like if the scene setting wasn't pleasant) in asking for the coin as I was already registered but hadn't deposited yet so little bit of help getting that token in my account would be appreciated.

Smokace Casino; I had no problem claiming spins with first part of the promo offer (vote + forward to us).

As the experience has been nice upon until now and I don't wanna shoot the bar up there neither for such a puny pain in my SSA.

I had already closed their website before I was able to log conversation.

Although I asked for the second part of the promo offer (write review) with a screenshot, included....they had suddenly like changed mood to giveaway something...i hope I'm wrong but again...what should I do in this situation?

I confirmed my account also at her demand but NJET so I told her to wait and I'd ask for information on what to do...hope she's not still hanging on like I did for four hours somewhere....

Sorry I’m really confused with what’s going on. So you wanted to claim AG Coin?
