Hero1989
Hi Guys I’m having issues getting my £1700 withdrawal through a website called jackpotjoy. I have been playing on this site for the last few days with numberous deposits (a lot off)and withdrawals….I am roughly up about £1000. Now I’ve had this account for over a year and my details are correct but my Gam Ban is still in place from 2 years ago. They have refused to pay out my final £1700 as they said I have an active Gam Ban. They were happy to take my deposits all the time but now are refusing to pay out. have I got any grounds to argue? My name and details are correct, I think maybe because the email address doesn’t match my Gam Ban this is why it’s missed. Anyway I had £1700 in my account and I won it fairly ? any advice please help much appreciated cheers

I think in this case your only argument will be for them to return your deposits because of the active GamBan.

Maybe a stupid remark but check website ganbang to know for sure you're still banned from gambling. Why, in Belgium, after 2 years of asking a ban from all gambling (BE regulated casino's alone) it is without notification nullified.

Maybe so, but you can still request your deposits back if you had have carried on. How long is your gam ban in place?

They have no official authority...you are not banned anywhere! If you're 18 that is I uploaded this picture because gamblock has no authority like Gamban has none...just a trojan ready when trying to visit the website gamblock.com
