Casino email is not valid

Hi, I am trying to submit a casino complaint but am unable to do so because the email address used at this casino contains a plus "+" symbol.
The askgamblers submission form is telling me that the "Casino email is not valid". 
I am also unable to change it at the casino, so I can't go that route either unfortunately.

The askgamblers.com registration has no trouble accepting an email with the plus symbol but it doesn't work on the complaints form.

Is there any way around this?

Hmmmm...off the top of my head I can't answer this. Please let me check with the AGCCS team tomorrow and I will reply in the morning for you with a better answer 🙂

@NeonClaws It's okay I found your email and have spoken to AGGCS. They said please submit your complaint using your email but take out the + and the test after that but include everything as normal after the @....

Please also try and put your whole email as your username if it allows you, so that we can cross reference this with the casino. 

If you have any further problems, just let me know.
