Rossmac001
I have a pending withdrawal from an online casino that is being held up due to proof of income checks. They have all the documentation that they asked for but are saying that it will take them approximately 10days to check this. I really need this money. I paid a large bill as I was expecting receive my money within 24hrs. I have explained that I am disabled and diabetic and need this money as I literally have nothing for food etc. They just refuse to help me. I have asked them just to pay my money and close my account but they say they cannot do that without performing these checks first. Is this correct? Which casino is it? Have they mentioned any responsible gambling issues with you at all?
kavaman
@Rossmac001 Unfortunately the worse you explain to a casino your situation is, the less chances you have of getting the payment. Most casino's just say you have gambling issues, if you use your money to play when you are low on money. Casino winnings are not something you should be living with as your only money. Hope you get your payment, goodluck! I feel sorry for you, but usually these sound like gambling issues to a casino, which means they are less likely to pay you. Ahhh more smoke and mirrors I've seen it all heard it all .....We are Empowering a Joint and I say a Joint! to become Mrs Caring about gambling Issues whilst they pocket mass profit (Less now thanks to a few like me) with the ability to withhold winnings they allowed the player to join no problem and took the deposit if they were that serious or legit they would be screening every player at the door and you want to know why they are not ! simple ..... their wolves in sheeps clothing who have been empowered with the ability to deny cashouts pure and simple when things don't go their way the new rules if found anywhere those casino's will find themselves blacklisted within the right networks its that simple we don't trust you ...your responsible gambling cloak gets hung at the door of your mansion paid for by player deposits (which are reducing) . To all E-Gaming Lawyers remember the basics Anybody can make rules its upto the Judiciary which ones have Legal Effect and I'm just waiting for someone to create a Precedent telling you they are wide open for a legal hit .
