Class-action suit against casino who isn't paying?

Recommended Posts

I was wondering if anyone has experience of filing a class-action suit against some casino who has scammed multiple players?

We all know how hard it is for a single player to start going after their stolen funds but if we could gather a group and together try to solve it as fex. paying for a lawyer won't be as costly etc.

Anyone interested?

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I don't have any personal experience, but we have had cases in here before where people have wanted to, but we very rarely see the outcome.

What has happened exactly?

In the Caribbean be lucky to get a coconut with a straw in it let alone a law suit going depends on the court and the country maybe in Malta and Curacao bit of a system going there if its over 10,000 dollars  your government will investigate its depending on the circumstances . It's why trust is a BIG THING in the island nations when it comes to this Online Gambling business I mean who's going to trust a crowd that randomly surprises a top guy that has a connected network to lawyers , politicians , and vip's about their precious responsible gambling smoke screen with sharp daggered  Sow / Sof documents that only has legal binding effect on British Citizens ...but I mean who can afford to get a rep to fly over there and engage in a court case .

Will come a time when a lot of places will simply go bust because High Rollers are not going to risk telling you where they make their millions who would ffs

telling you in those islands yall need to get with the program or go broke k .
