ComeOn Sweden Ltd is not paying out my money

Hey, i have had struggle with my withdraw since 19 January on Comeon waited about 13 days to get out my money and i have sent in all the documents they are asking for and approved all of the documents, when i talking with support asking when i get my money they say we do not know we gonna do this as fast as possible and promise me days i will hear an answer from them but nothing happens and getting no clear answers about my withdraw from the department and Support asking why i want my money and just being unprofessional. 

Is this how casino really gonna work?
