I am currently facing an issue with the non-confirmation of my deposit at this casino. Despite having all the necessary rights, I have been disappointed for the past two months as I am still at square one. Although I successfully made the payment to their wallet, it has not been converted into a deposit due to the casino's multiple and unnecessary addresses for three currencies. They consider my payment as incorrect, even though these three addresses are the same for exchanges and other networks. This issue is completely under their control and could be resolved in a matter of seconds, but they claim it is beyond their control and place the responsibility on their payment service provider. Additionally, they do not reveal the identity...

Sounds like a Crypto issue,

did you capture the address details where you send the funds, if you view the funds on the BTC network or alternative crypto currency, can you see the transaction?
