I recently made a withdrawal of £1000 on bet 10. I received £200 almost immediately,the remainder was sent to another card tht had been cancelled There was no option to remove it on site. I closed tht account , Contacted bank with ArN numbers casino gave me but my money can't be found. Noone is helping the casino said they have processed it Bank says they don't have it and the casino can recall payment and reissue on a different card. Any advise?

Hi @Casss, welcome to the forum.

Firstly, you need to keep your casino account profile updated and correct at all times. If changes have occurred, you need to inform the casino immediately. Many casinos do not allow changes to be made manually by the members themselves, so this must be done either with the assistance from their Live Chat service, or via email to their Support Team.

In your case, have you actually asked the Live Chat host or Support Team to delete that old card and to add a new one, or to update your other profile details?

Once that has been done, you can then ask the casino to recall and resubmit the payment to the new card.
