AT 27.09.2023 I request a withdrawl 172€
Support say  the casino needs 48 hour for cashout
Today its 3 days ago

A 3-days delay is nothing much to be so worried about @tonino234.

Since the casino has replied that their payment dept is under heavy workload (may be true, may be not), so it may take a while to get your payment approved, ie, provided your account is already verified. If not, expect a longer delay.

Some casinos are known to be snail-pace movers, delaying everything is a common practise to them, but the good casinos may experience such delays under very heavy workload. Honestly speaking, I am not familiar with Onestep Casino, so I can't comment much on it.
