Hello

Im newly registered with GAMSTOP and unfortunately today I signed up for an account in my dogs name just so I could play.

I have a large balance on the account and the account has been suspended pending KYC.

obviously im not able to provide ID etc as the account is in my dogs name.

have I lost the money?

@funfun1 Welcome to AskGamblers

Since it's a large balance, I guess that casino will not want to negotiate or reason. In fact the large balance will make them not want to pay at all

You need to do verification and since you won't pass verification the casino will confiscate funds.

I would like to think you have lost the balance

@funfun1  I can say with 100% certainty that the money in your balance would be completely unrecoverable! The account is not in your name, your name is already on Gamstop, and there's absolutely no way that you can pass the KYC procedure.

Bad news but that's the honest truth mate!

Your best course of action would be to contact the customer support of the gambling site as soon as possible. Explain the situation honestly and inquire about their policies and procedures for resolving such issues.

 Reach out to the casino's customer support immediately. Explain the situation honestly and see if there's any way they can help resolve the issue. They may provide guidance on how to proceed.
