What happened with Dama Casinos?

Hello there,

from time to time I check new Casinos, especially Dama.

Once they had a fast and easy KYC and Withdrawspeed.

Casinos left Dama, and some joined.

I noticed that new Casinos have very stupid KYC with "write HELLO XXX 23/08/23" on a paper. But a ligned paper. First withdraw.

Did they changed their company policies?

Months ago you get KYC and payout within hours. Now, payout rejected, send selfie, where you need 5 hands. Waiting currently for approx 800. And this in 3 different Casinos over the last 4 months.

Anybody same experience? I think my time on Dama is over.

Have a great evening guys :)

Yes. They have been doing this for over a year now. They are now getting strict with verifications as there might be a case of identity theft and they want to avoid it. Not just Dama even Hollycorn nv are doing same. N1 interactive have gotten worse and they are asking you way too many personal questions.

From what I can see, casinos are having real problems with their finances...very low revenues from gamblers, ever increasing capital expenses and overhead costs, low new customers intake, and so forth. So now, all casinos are taking cost-cutting measures to drastically reduce their amount of expenditures.

Lesser accepted countries and more restricted ones reduces their licenses fees. Preference for countries that have more big spenders and kicking out the countries with low spenders. But worst of all for all us gamblers and players...more frequent losses and much lesser big wins!

One would think that with the requirements putting people off in Malta and the legal RTP requirement being 96 percent in Curacao that there would be

a lot of customers in theory 85 Percent RTP  in Malta 96 Percent RTP in Curacao [shrugs] but seemingly not the case it seems well that's interesting to know .

Big heads up to the DAMA N.V Group if you get E-Cogra Certified you will be the most attractive option to many

punters trust me do it and see what happens your in Curacao your in the perfect position to take control

there are no ridiculous document requests if I were running the show I'd do it and if you do it and become

successful remember me ;) .

Peace !!!!

Hello, the following problem, have won at two casinos of this operator and had the money one day later already on my account, this was the case with Casitsu and Axecasino ! Now I have played at two other casinos LevelUp and Kingdomcasino also from Dama! Money on Monday morning by bank transfer for withdrawal requested and according to them already processed ie the withdrawal is no longer cancelable, but stands as pending ! According to their support it says they have already sent the money is now only waiting for the confirmation of my house bank! My house bank in turn says no there are no incoming funds in the queue! What do you say? I find it very strange because with two other casinos the money was there immediately and with the two I'm waiting now good 3 days

I'll vouch for em they come through their a legit operation had 100's of withdrawals hang in there but one thing I would suggest is more active involvement by Casino

Reps on this forum would go an advantage for Dama Casino's Communication is Everything and is Advantageous for Casino Operations Bitstarz Casino is a fine example

of this and Winz.Io I believe they have a rep here too : creating a communication synergy between gambling forums and Casino can be good for reputation and building

client bases especially with High Rollers with BIG bank rolls ;) .
