Can anyone help me 888casino blocked my account when I tried to cash out 

I have never had this before on my other site as soon as I won 666euros with in 4 days off playing they just blocked my account and emailed me never jion anything to do with them ever!

Like what the *****  did I do wrong?

I was so excited to win that amount which is huge to me,666euros!

And now they have black listed me to all of their 888 and affiliated companies!

Please someone help me what I've done to warrant such behaviour.

Thanks so much to talk to me ,I've no idea what I've done wrong I thought I'd won some very much needed money and now I feel like a criminal.

You haven't given any clues as to what games you had played, at what bet sizes, whether deposit bonus was taken or not, etc, etc. Without such info, we cannot make reliable comments. Nonetheless, suffice to say for now that 888Casino has not been reliable at all to gamblers.

Or is it just me I don't know, I'm just a regular person with what I thought won some money on 888casino slots and  then was blocked when trying to casin!

The bonus was used I started on my cash.

I gotta to 2 euros and starting betting 20 cent on games ,changed games every couple of minutes  when I won the limit. 

Every day for four days  I play  new games to add money I got up to 900eurs played some more got to 666euros on 888casino slots .

I was asked to verify twice ,then received an email on Saturday they had blocked me and I was never to open a game on their sites or any games affiliated to them. 

I play on a different site I've never had a problem !

Am I doing something wrong?

I was  playing 888casino slots they blocked my account when I won 666euros which is a large amount to me, I have no idea what I've done wrong.

Bonus terms can be very misleading and can lead to various misunderstanding.

Hope you didn't break or breach any of the terms, like betting over the allowed bet size when you're having those hundreds of Euros, or playing restricted games, or playing from a restricted country.

If your account has been blocked due to your docs not being approved, or due to the scrutinisation process on your account failed to pass, then they have a reason to block or close your account.

Sometimes, they can also block your account due to suspected duplicated accounts, and if so, then you'd need to prove to them that you don't have any duplicated account at their casino. At other times, at certain casinos, having an existing account at another sister casino can also be considered as breaking their T&C regulations.

So you need to check each and every item that I've said above and clarify please.

No definitely not  I check it before I tried to log in I had a cash balance of 666euros. 

As soon as I tried to verify my account  two days they asked me to send it again  2 hours later they block my account

They verified my details almost straight away ,I'm a little old woman from Ireland who has just started slots which up until  now was enjoying, I became really happy hoping be able to pay a couple of billsl !

The bonus had been used and I was playing with the 20euros I deposited, I just don't know what I've done wrong to be banned from all their sites its not like I'm am professional gambler .its just break from life to me and a chance to even earn a little cash to  help out?

Yes I was allowed to play in Ireland and in euros.

No one in my family has ever played before. 

Yes my card my bank account. 

It seems to me they just don't and won't pay out and after I've  read reviews online I should have done its before I started .

Did you at any time during your play made bets bigger than the allowed bet size (5 EUR max for example, sometimes it could be only 1 EUR!!!)?

There don't seem to be any other reasons why the casino would block your account...except for account duplication, failed verification, breach of terms, bonus abuse, or even suspected addiction to gambling.

Didn't the support team gave specific reasons why they blocked your account? Ask them via email to confirm. If everything else fail, then you can use AGCCS to file an official complaint here for greater assistance.

what I don't get reading all those reviews and then every once in a while is someone saying they had no issues.

oh yeh they are using some bot that doesn't read what people say so people get given the wrong reply at times.
