Weird issue with bonus hunt on my online casino

I recently deposited 50$ onto my online casino with a 100% deposit bonus so I got $50 in bonus play. I did a bonus hunt acquiring 7 features on various slots at low stakes ($0.20) spins, I hunted for bonuses until i had $0.17 left, however upon reaching $0.17 in credit my bonus play was automatically forfeited, So I could no longer finish the wagering requirement of 35x since it didn't display a bonus. When I went to open my first feature, it shows I won 22x which is $4.40 however it never was credited into my account I suspect because the bonus was forfeited and this must be a measure they have in place to stop people from saving features for after the bonus funds is gone. I tried to explain my situation to the Live chat but they didn't understand what I was talking about and said I currently don't have a "bonus" active... My plan was to open the free spins use the winnings to do more hunts and try and complete the wagering. Now I have 6 unopened free spins but I don't want to open them cause I won't get credited for it. I don't know what to do the live chat doesn't seem to know how slots work or what free spins are.

Anyone else have a similar experience? Is there some way they can resolve this or am I screwed? Thanks.

You are not allowed to do bonus hunts as it is against terms and conditions of casinos. Its a way that some players abuse bonus terms. Online casino streamers take permission from casinos and they never go below €10. 

Unfortunately you will not be getting your winnings. You should have talked to the casino first. You have already lost your bonuses, it doesn't matter if you  opened the games or not.

I am afraid there is nothing you can do. What casinos implemented, was to make sure the money that was used to place the bet, is allocated to the relevant account, in your case you placed the bets using bonus funds, and therefore it is trying to allocate winning to the bonus funds ( the active bonus) in your case and since it cannot find the actual active bonus account to allocate the winnings, its automatically forfeited.

So there is totally nothing you can do to recover those winnings and they will not be able to add the bonus back.

So just play the bonus rounds, finish them, and make a new deposit without a bonus and perform your new hunt.

I hate to be the barrier of bad news, but in your situation nothing will change at all, nor will there be a different outcome.

I had no idea it was against the rules, it shouldn't make a difference if I open the bonuses when I get them or save them to open together. 

Man this sucks I was looking forward to opening my bonuses..... they'll find any reason to not pay you.

Its not any reason. Casinos strictly advise against it.

I just looked under Bonus terms it says: 

Section 20.

"20. Once your bonus money account balance reaches below $0.10, it will automatically convert to cash balance and no further wagering is required."

aswell as section 33

33. Winnings from "free spins" or "bonus" features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed.

Which would make sense if i did bring my balance to under $0.10 which according to my history I never did.

My last spins were $0.20 and never won anything and ended on $0.17 then tried to claim my fat banker feature ($4.40) which never credited , anyhow i've contacted support and hopefully they can sort it out. But i won't hold too much hope. Thanks for your replies.

you had a small margin for error and the system could be set up to reset at 20c or under but written in terms as 10c and under. woud have been safer to not let balance go under 1$, you never know who or when someone fiddles with the settings and doesn't update the terms.

I never do any Bonus hunting! If I want a bonus, I simply claim it with a deposit via their promo.

Complete the required wagering and you can make a withdrawal. No other complications!
