Arlekin cancel my withdraw with lazy Tricks

Hello

 

todays ago i deposit Via Nodapay  130$

and Won 1200$

 

Now the Casino cancel my withdraw

because he need see screenshot from myfinity depsoit from 22.02.2023

 

I tell support but i have deposit via Nodapay

Why need myfinity deposit from 22.02.2023?

 

he answer its security question

 

Now i have Problem my myfinity support show me transaktionlist from 23.03.2023 to Today

But februar transaktion dont show

 

I have tell this the Casino

He told me Please contakt myfinity support and ask why you cant see at yout Account

now i have contakt myfinity support

but he answer days or weeks later

 

I think this its a Lazy Tricks from Casino to dont cash out

 

This problem i have in past with Lucky Dreams

he wanted see deposit or cashcode from  many month ago

How is that possible. Mifinity has transaction history. 

Did you download the mifinity app?

Go to Infinity app, then go to transaction and click see all.

Then click transaction in blue.

Then choose last quarter.

For a $1200 I would email and ask for statement since January.

Even if it takes 5 days for a response, in any event the money is not going anywhere either, before you know it,  you have it 5 days later, upload it and VOILA,

Arleken should pay within a few hours given its part of DAMA N.V

Go ahead and do it. They will understand. Explain everything. Also show them that email was sent by mifinity. Take screenshot of email.

That is good to know.

See - Sometimes just a bit of patience and jumping through certain hoops etc. Now next time, stop overthinking it, and just do what the casino ask, as some casinos really want to make right, but they have to follow procedure as well.
