Sultanbet Non Sticky Bonus as a reason to keep 8000 Euro

Recommended Posts

I deposited 300 euros and won 8,000.

They refuse to pay out my winnings because their terms and conditions contain some extremely unfair statements such as these:

"Note: Any winnings made prior to the expiry of the reload bonus (deposit bonus) may be withdrawn by cancelling the bonus. However, the maximum payout is twice (2x) of the initial deposit amount. If the winnings are from the first deposit, the maximum payout amount is twice (2x) of the first deposit. Any amount exceeding this requirement will be deducted from the Customer's balance. "

To be honest, I don't know if that's possible. In my opinion, a normally defined nonsticky bonus is defined as follows: “If you win with your own money, you can keep the winnings. "On the other hand, when a casino offers a non-sticky bonus, it means that a player can withdraw the first deposit and all winnings made from it without having to meet any wagering requirements. This is a great advantage when playing at casinos that offer non-binding bonuses. "

How on earth can it be legal for me to only withdraw twice my deposit? This is completely ridiculous and in my opinion not at all fair.

I need your help in this regard.

Technically, I didn't play with bonus money. I didn't reach the bonus in any way. I have been playing exclusively with my own money the whole time and have not touched the bonus money in any way.

How can it be legal to set a maximum payout for raw money? How?

Will someone please explain this to me?

Please help. . .

I have not yet made a successful withdrawal at this casino.

My KYCs have been verified and confirmed.

I have deactivated and canceled the deposit bonus.

There were no wagering conditions in this regard, since I have since CANCELLED the bonus, which actually legally should also stand for that all associated terms and conditions should be deleted and should no longer apply.

I received a win within MY deposited 300 Euro then cancelled the bonus and then submitted the amount of 1,800 Euro as a withdrawal.

In my opinion, with this requested withdrawal should make all remaining Bonus Terms and Conditions invalidated and all winnings that were received afterwards are legal on my side.

Therefore, it cannot be that Casino simply does not accept the later withdrawals of €4,500 and €2,800 and considers them null and void.

Technically my balance should be raw cash no ? How are they able to put a 2x on a raw cash deposit ? Furthermore: After i requested a withdrawal of 1.8k , shouldnt be the bonus requirements aswell as the Terms and Conditions for this Case be obsolete ? And therefore the winnings i made later be able to withdraw cleanly for me ?

Because if not, then i understand how this systems works anymore. And why this Site has such a "good" rating compared to others when they bascially can do whatever they want and just blatantly cheat on their customers with very unfair terms and conditions which are in no way logical or fair.

@Saint90  A similar thing happened to another player back in Sept 2022 at the same casino. He won, like you did, without using the bonus money, but was told that he could withdraw only 2x his deposit amount, nothing more. Read his review at this link below:

I really dont know how this can be possible and how this casino is still beeing promoted on this site with such disguting bonus terms.

The thing is - I claimed a bonus of 300 Dollar on a deposit of 324 Dollar so i didnt even got a bonus for 24 Dollar in which i won. I never got under 300 Dollar of my RAW Balance ever.

So how can the terms apply on a balance which cannot be bound to the bonus terms because no Bonus was granted to the particular balance of 24 Dollar ?

Is this something you could argue with? Or waste of time ?

So I did some reading and found this term

It is a shiity term, and a few years ago, a new norm for some casinos that apply max cashout on real deposits, however I think 10x was at the GameTech group years ago.

I am not sure how every affiliate promote casinos according to certain criteria, but I would like to think, because the casino has it's own bonus terms, does not violate any onboarding checklist with affiliates.

I mean reasons for affiliates to cut ties or to continue to promote casinos is:

- Stalling withdrawals

- Waiting for months to get paid

- Unresponsive casinos

- Fake Games

the above are just a few,

Honestly, had you taken the time to read the casinos bonus terms prior to deposit, you would not have claimed the bonus at all...

because it says clearly, when winning prior to the bonus expiry, you can cancel the bonus, but only withdraw 2x your deposit amount.

I am not saying they are fair at all, but it is clear in their terms. Had you made a RAW deposit, without claiming any bonus, then you would have been able to keep your 8k euro balance.

Maybe in your case you could argue, that your initial balance was $624 instead of $648 as it should have been, but then you should have contacted support and ask them to correct it.

You situation is a bit tricky, as per you explanation.

But their terms is very clear, when a bonus is claimed - Whether you touch the bonus amount or not, The max cashout of 2x your initial deposit is applied. Even if you cancelled the bonus right after your deposit, the 2x max cashout would have still applied.

Your mistake was that you cancelled the bonus. If you wouldn't have cancelled the bonus and fulfilled the wager requirements you would have gotten 10x the bonus amount. You should have read terms before depositing or atleast when you decided to cancel the bonus. Unfortunately its your fault.

@Blackjaxmy thoughts exactly, however he would not have touched that bonus, unless he lost the 8K to touch the bonus balance, which does not make sense either, unless he bonus hunt lol, and when he touch the bonus funds, open the bonuses and add it to his bonus balance and kill wagering to withdraw $3240.

I read that part where he said he did not touch the bonus. The thing is that he 'claimed' the bonus. If he did not want to play with bonus he shouldn't have claimed it. Now casinos can force their terms on him and thats what they are doing. The casino does not have limits on raw deposit. The casino has limits only if you take a bonus and cancel it. The casino is aware that players can hit big on their raw balance so to make them stay longer they entered this term.

Well ***** it then i guess :D. I  think im okay with the 8k loss, because of that i made the decision for myself that i will never touch any casino ever again :D. A lesson learned which cost me 8k but i think i am okay with it, because in the long run (lets be honest) i would have lost it all nonetheless.

About wagering @Blackjax, you are not wagering the bonus unless you are hitting the bonus balance, which is, aswell as the whole term regarding this "non sticky" bonus complete and utter bullshit and not fair in any way at all.

I mean casinos are mathematically determined to win and then they are f***ing the player with terms like this.

Whats the most disgusting about all this is the fact @Fiekie247 is that i asked the chat before what the max cashout to this bonus would be, because i always do this and they answered me and said it would be 10x, no one ever told me anything about the 2x rule when i abort the bonus. And yes i should have read the terms more carefully but i guess thats my mistake.

But how can you call this Bonus a Non Sticky Bonus ? :D I mean for real ? Every Non sticky bonus on every other casino i ever played on implies that if i win with my "own money" i can cashout directly without wagering.

Lesson learned, f**k slots , f**k CASINO sites.

Thats the final straw for me guys. Casinos are dead for me :).

Well I certainly hope you will stick around in the forum.

Rightfully so, they answered you correctly. The max cashout on the bonus is 10x ,can't blame them either 🤣

Feels like all odds are against you isnt it? Trust me we all know the feeling.
