Issue with Playojo Casino

Hello,

 

I am new to the site (obviously ;p) I found it because I've had some issues with my current used casino (Playojo) I am looking to join some others and I like all the information that is available here. I was trying to submit a complaint as well since I see some people having luck getting them resolved with the help of AG but am unable to submit it. Is this an issue with the site or new users or something like that?

Hello and welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you are having some issues. You should not be having issues with complaints, what errors are you getting?

I read the guidelines and all information. I go to submit complaint and read that screen and select "no I want to submit a complaint" I then type a title, search and select the casino, fill out the complaint, attach the screenshots, select no referral, type my username, type my email, agree to terms and conditions. Then when I go to click on "submit my complaint" the cursor will show a hand while mousing over it. Once clicked on the page doesn't change or refresh or anything and then I can no longer get the cursor to change or click on it. I attached a photo so you can see the page, I removed my personal information but can provide it if needed.

@rileywhayes, try refreshing the page and try again. Sometimes, the webpage may unexpectedly hang up due to bad connection. 

First thing to check is to see if you're logged in or not (this is also one more glitch that may happen). Once you're logged in, then fill in the complaint form and submit again. Hope it works.
