pokerstars discriminating against me

Hello guys 

i am mongolia player 

i am played pokerstars 4 years but pokerstars security team closed my stars account 2 years 

because i sent withdrawal request and all explanation and documents 

but pokerstars security team 2 years  restricted your account while it's undergoing a routine security review.

2 years too long time why 2 years security checking i am not understand 

maybe pokerstars team discriminating against me

pokerstars security team too slow too bad too discriminating

How long has the account been restricted? Is it still under review?

pokerstars security team closed my stars account 

because i want withdrawal request 

i sent all documenst and explanation 

but pokerstars security not withdrawal my dollar 

pokerstars  security team told me only We've restricted your account while it's undergoing a routine security review.

but already 15 month passed 

15 month restricted checking my stars account 

that is too long time

my problem is not solved for 15 months
Maybe I'm being discriminated against because I don't know English well as a Mongolian
I don't understand why it hasn't been my case approved in 15 months
